Almost well stocked shop but should give some sort of price discounts or loyalty programs for regular buyers

Have a lot variety of items and even tho it's small they provides us with discounts on every products.

Though a little congested, almost all of your daily needs available under one roof. Good service and growing reputation of a mini hypermart.

A decent supermarket in Kathangalm. All the food products here are well priced and the store is reputed.since more than 10 years, it has been running. The staff are also decently behaved. And the best place to get some local chips and local snacks...

A tiny bit short on space, items, and choice/options (I really miss Spencers). But you will find all your general daily needs here.

Good location, but the shop seems to be running out of business.the bakery section found to be almost empty.

Quite unclean, poorly lit and dusty everywhere. Not a great selection of items, vegetables weren't freash and most bakery items were out of date.

Very poor customer service. The receptionist was too rude and they are biased to those who purchase for higher amount at the billing table.

Typical margin free things, groceries. Billing is a very slow process. They have no parking space. Is a night mare finding parking on the road because this stretch is a very busy one.

The beverages are good here but the bakery items like cakes and other stuff is not upto the mark. Need to improve the quality.
