One of the best bakers at Kollam which had maintained the quality without any compromise for years. Well deciplined staff, neat n tidy atmosphere, affordable price and above all taste and quality. Should try fresh halwa especially Jackfruit halwa.

Everything is available in this decades old bakery in kollam. Most items are made and baked fresh, inhouse. Highly recommended

There are two options when it comes to buying snacks in Kollam, there is "Crown Bakery" and 'Supreme' you cannot go wrong with either one but supreme is a step ahead ️

They have exotic cake flavours
I really loved their Ambergine mousse cake & their Black berry forest cake.
Their Double fudge chocolate cake is only for pure Chocoholics.really good cocoa & dark chocolate is used.
They have a wide variety of gorgeous artisan breads, many mini cakes & Indian sweets.

I also liked the other sections in this supermarket.
Staff were helpful too.

Located very near chinnakada bus stop this bakery sells quality products at decent rates.

Have purchased many bakery items from here and all were good. But one product i will highly recommend to try from their bakery is Kerala black halwa.

Supreme Bakers is a must-visit place if you ever go to Kollam. The choices for authentic Kerala snacks is overwhelming.
Whenever I visit, I come back with a huge haul of local goodies and I don't mind paying the additional baggage charges during my flight back.
Items I would particular recommend are the ubiquitous Banana Chips - both the sweet and salty versions, Tapioca Chips, Achappam, Kuzhal Appam, Macaroons - specifically the Coconut Macaroons and the Masala Biscuits. The Halwas are to die for. They come hot off the uruli and are available in different forms and flavours - the choice is up to you! I also get my hoard of Delinut cashewnuts and almonds from here though they are available in other places too.

Anyone staying in kollam would have most likely visited this place at least once. It is a go to place for fresh snacks, halwa and milk sweets. They still maintain the quality and taste to a large extent.
