One of the best theater in chalakudy. Sound effects and visual experience is really good.screen 1 is better than screen 2. We can have a great experience in screen1.4k is available only in screen1. Screen 2 experience little bit low.

Old theatre and still following old behaviour. You need to pay for movie ticket and also for parking, looters. Cafeteria people stopped accepting QR payments. You will find yourself spoiling movie experience dealing with staff.

I recently visited Surabhi Theatre in Chalakudy for a movie night. Let me tell you about my experience! The sound system and screening quality were really impressive, making the movie-watching experience enjoyable. However, there's a little hiccup when it comes to parking. The parking area is quite small, and when the theater is more than half full, finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge.

On to the service. Well, I must say that the staff's service wasn't up to the mark. They seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very attentive to the customers' needs. But let's move on to the seating arrangement. It's quite cramped in there! The seats are packed really close together, and this makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during longer movies or when you need to get up during the intermission.

Overall, while the sound system and screening quality are top-notch, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The parking situation needs attention, the staff could be more attentive, and the seating arrangement definitely needs some adjustments to make the movie experience more enjoyable. If they could work on these aspects, Surabhi Theatre would be a great place to catch a flick in Chalakudy.

Cost of food from here is affordable.

Very good condition with air conditioner, 4K, 3d and sound system. 2 in one theater. Paid parking available. Very close to private bus stand. Good restroom. Only lack of good collection of variety food products, still satisfying.
People's favourite theatre. We can have a great experience in screen 1.4k is available only in screen 1. Screen 2 experience little bit low. Sounds in screen 1 is very good. Parking bit hard over there. Difficult to take cars out from there. The food available here is not much good in quality. But cheap in price.

Theatre is good and the ambience, but the refreshments provided are damn expensive just like Multi-Plux although the theatre is not

It's a good theatre. Infact you can sneak in your own snacks and food in a bag, no checking as such. The private bus stand and the KSRTC Bus stand are nearby. You have the NAVRATANA supermarket, Reliance fresh and Moolan's nearby as well.what else do you want?

One of the oldest cinema theatres of Chalakudy. It has recently been renovated to house two screens. Parking is available.

There are 2 theaters in this complex. Visited both of them first I visited the one in the ground floor and the experience was nice. All the facilities line video audio and seating are good. Expecting the same visited the other one also with in one week of my 1st visit but the experience was horrible because of the seating. No leg space and highly discomfort seats. That was a nightmare for that I choose a movie that was also not that good in my perspective. I think they wanted to incorporate maximum seats in that small theater

No good customer service. No hygiene. No proper air conditioning. People working there even dont knw how to behave properly excluding female staffs. No proper car parking available decent space available for bike parking. Tea stall is totally waste

Good sound experience 4k clarity Dolby low rate. We can go with our family that low price and standard theater best in Chalakudy

One of the best in Chalakudy, been going there since childhood. (As a kid I was always excited about the curtain raising with 'Robo' theme as background. Guess it's not there anymore). A good multiplex experience. The screens are great, comfortable sitting, with air conditioning, audio quality is great and reasonable ticket rates. Still my favourite.

Their air conditioner is very poor, they don't even set ac to required level compared to others movie theaters in the area, I felt it so many times

I give 5 stars for Surabhi Movies Chalakkudy. One of the best theaters in Chalakkudy

Pretty nice and neat infrastructure to be a theatre. The screens are nice and the movies showed are clear. The sound quality too is pretty great and for the movies shown in 3D the effect is quite nice. The ticket rates are also reasonable and also you could book tickets for show online but the parking space inside the theatre is quite not enough for the people who come by to watch a movie over there.
