Recently purchased a gown for rs 3400 and utterly disappointed, with their material and service. The material Tore and it was in poor condition after one wash due Pathetic material. Contacted the karunagappally shop about that. Wasted my time in lag replies and everything. They refused to give refund or return by simply giving excuses that it hadnt happened to any of the other customer.they agreed to alterthe Tore part and the gown lose its shape later Such a spam. Won't recommend to any other. The material and the service is pathetic. Won't happen to many they say. Which means they can cheat one or to in between? I was spammed and lose my money. Think before u purchase!

Worst experience Ever. Totally ruined my Mehendi Lehenga. Bad stiching. Actually they don’t know how to stich a wedding lehenga and most importantly the lehenga is stiched according to the designers wish. Am totally disappointed that they have placed local 10rs backzip to my costly lehenga. It’s a humble request to everyone, girls don’t give ur special occasion dress to this low standard shop.

Worst experience ever, poor pathetic staff doesnt even know how to stich a lehnga, completely ruined our mehandi dress. Unprofessional they cut the lehanga back wide open and moreover put extra cloth on neck, dont waste your money well spend on this kind of local places
