Customer service is very poor. The work of the sales girls there is to mock and laugh at the customers. Especially the sales girls in the readymade churidar section.

Suriya Silks offers affordable prices, but my shopping experience was average. The store had a decent selection, but the overall ambiance and service were just okay. It's a suitable option if you're looking for budget-friendly items, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

Well one of the best textiles in Calicut. Now it's onam seasoned so as other textiles mostly crowded well recommended to visit the place other than weekends and holidays and before 3pm bcz mostly after 3pm it's very crowded and parking would be a bit difficult for both 2 &4 wheelers.

One of the best place to buy a saree.lot of western wears, men's wear, kids wear all type of veriety collections have there.

Price is average. The total bill no discount. I purchage other large textile in new bustand area they have 2% extra dicount on include GST bill, but surya textile are no bill adjustment they take full bill amount.

Honestly saying what purpose they open the showroom I don't know no manners for the staff they simply roaming and chit chatting no one is caring the customers if we ask anything they are showing there attitude to us. And dressing room it's like a public toilet to much of unhygiene. Some staff minimum just responded that's it

Please don't purchase via online medium as it is very difficult to get the same replaced, I am struggling since last one month to get the same replaced. Also for delivery in Kerala it goes to Bangalore and then deliver here which is so wierd. Altogether a very bad experience, customer care is via WhatsApp and they blame the courier guys for delay. Well the replacement was initiated and customer care updated 2 products when I had purchased one product and due to this issue the courier guy didn't take the return.

All are the reasonable price. But its take too much time to get our purchased item from counter.that's I don't like it. Very huge crowd inside at the time of wedding season. I think the workers in there not enough for at that time. I see many customers are waiting them.
At last at the counter section we first make the bill then give to them & again go to the counter section.its very difficult one I was so bored!
But the workers were good.
