Room Service: Very good and prompt.
Best Room View: I got Airport view room. View from the window was very good.
Specific Experience: I particularly enjoyed the serene nature and staff is very cooperative.

You can see the flight landing and enjoy walking on the lawn.

We didn't stay here, but did have food at the restaurant. It's very good. Food is prepared only after the order hence one will have to wait for sometime. But it's worth the wait. The service personnel are very cordial. Good experience

Nice Food and Tasty. Don't have variety but meals was good with fish curry. Fish fry was costly.but meals which is 150 was okay price.

Room and food was realy good. But need a renovation soon for the room as its near to airport should introduce modern facilities.

We booked it as we were reaching late night and had a conference at Calicut next morning.

Surprisingly, This was a very good choice.

Even though we reached at 10.30 pm, they made some fresh dal and roti only for us. Thta too was just like home made food.

Bathrooms were clean, though they did not had fancy showers like 5 star hotels. It had hot and cold water.

There was a big lawn out.

Towels and sheets were as good as any big hotel. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was not buffet, but was made to order. It was fresh, neat and tasty.

Booking an UBER or OLA needs some time.

I rate this hotel very high. In fact compare to any 4/5 star hotel.

You'll get better facilities outside in this price range. Good but not highly recommended.

Clean rooms and good staff. Food was very good. Very close to airport. If you are looking for a place close to airport then you can take this place. Very quite surrounding. Reasonable room cost.

Good Atmosphere, Good overall view of Kondotty from the restaurant itself. Accommodation was quite comfortable at this place and ust 3km apart from calicut airport.

Good overall view of Kondotty from the restaurant itself. Disnt stay so don't know about the rooms! Late lunch at 3PM was all warm and we'll served as much as we could eat- Veg meals & fish!
For KTDC run it was good.

I came in for Lunch, got the chatti chore which had rice, fish curry, a spot of prawn, one fish fry, pappad, chutney, pickle, omlette all in one pot, it could have been better for Rs. 250/-. The pace and ambience at the restaurant is ok, scope for improvement.

Nice place for meeting and hangout. You can see airport runway takeoff and landing. Food is average.

Very calm ambience and neat place but it's situated a little far from the National Highway, we have to search for this place
Also their quality and services are very fine and there is no delay while I visited there.

Beautiful place to stay on top of hill, food is okay, staff are obedient and it is very near to kozhikode airport.

They are the best in their category. Lovely people.property is on a hillock and away from the hustle and bustle of Kondotty. Convenient for Kozhikode Airport.

A very good example of a very bad hotel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable with used bed sheets. There was no hot water. Ambiance was very bad. Could not stay a single night. Overall a horrible experience for four hours.

Location wise it is very near to Calicut airport. My stay was worst here, there was a local band practise going on in backyard of this hotel. The practise they continued overnight, hence I had no proper sleep. I called them thrice to stop it but all went in vain.

The food served was fine but it was not hot. Menu was very limited.
This hotel seemed deserted, not many people were staying that time, seemed creepy that night.

Never ever will opt for this hotel again.

Room, Food and Restaurant Service are Very Good. Located in a hilly area. Not crowded. Nice ambience. Another advantage is proximity to Calicut International Airport.

A good stay facility near at Calicut airport. It is located on the top of a hill. From there can see airport view, it is very beautiful in night time. Very calm surroundings. Good parking facilities. Beautiful rooms. Here a green atmosphere.

Good stay near to Kozhikode airport. Location is very good but approach from main road is little bad.

The place is on top of a hill, our rickshaw was struggling to climb up to the front gate

There's some amount of power interruption.
There's no free WiFi, atleast we didn't get any.

The staff had arranged for our pickup the night before, so we had a smooth checkout.

Parking space is huge & good. However if you're coming to or going to the airport, please note that this place is 2.5 Kms from the airport, not walking distance as some people have reviewed online. Our rickshaw driver charged us Rs. 80/- which is high but since I had a flight to catch, I didn't haggle with him. Acceptable fare is Rs 15-20/- per kilometre.

Best budget hotel which you can avail near airport. Decent Atmosphere, Staff attitude was good.

Place is good location is good but be ready there are lot of issue with power fluctuating and most of times there is issue
