Vijith is an extraordinary and traditional teacher. It represents everything we come to look for in India. Her classes are rhythmic (ashtanga & hatha), and they push us to do postures that we would never have thought to do alone before. He has a singing way of guiding the class, his smile lights up the shala and he carries us with kindness in each posture. And when he talks about philosophy, they take us far with him. Thank you Vijith for all your teachings, how lucky to have crossed your path ️

We are very happy to have our first yoga experience with you. The 10 female guests in our group enjoyed the yoga they did under the supervision of a real Yogi. I hope we meet again in the future.

I was on a short holiday in Varkala and found the place by chance. So happy to have had my Hatha Yoga Lessons here, the teacher was amazing, very skilled and professional, fun and humble at the same time. He is very passionate about his work and made feel everyone at ease. Highly recommended!

I was super lucky to be introduced to Ashtanga by Vijith during my TTC. He's a very professional teacher who keeps pushing you to achieve what you thought was unachievable, while still respecting your physical limitations. Vijith has a lot of knowledge about yoga and he's a pleasure to be around - always with a smile on his face!:)

Regrettably, I did not do my TTC in this school as I had already booked elsewhere. But I would definitely recommend taking a TTC or drop-in classes with him!

I did the ashtanga primary sequence with Vijith during my TTC in April and I could not have asked for a better ashtangi to teach me! He was always pushing you to go further but had our limitations well in mind. His lessons were very structured and super energetic and the highlight of every day! I’m very grateful that he helped me to get the right basis for my future ashtanga practice. Will definitely come back for the secondary sequence

Vijith is an amazing teacher. I met him during my TTC and I had the privilege to learn from him practising Ashtanga Vinyasa. His classes are great, dynamic and you can learn a lot from him. I highly recommend having him as a yoga teacher!

Vijith was one of the teachers during my 300 HR TTC and he has the most incredible infinite energy. He gets you out of your comfort zone and still makes you feel safe. Vijith was our asthanga teacher during a 200hr multi style training a Navadurga school of yoga. He is very experienced, talented and bright, making us laugh even in the most challenging classes. I built a lot of mental and physical strength in these classes. I will definitely drop into his classes when I make it to varkala again. Thank you so much Vijith! (PS: I recommend to take an ashtanga class before if you have no experience with it so that you know what to expect in terms of your interests and injury prevention).

A lot of people were talking about how good are the yoga class with Vijith Pavi. I had the chance to experience it myself. It was really complete, well teach class. He explain the asanas and pranayamas really clearly. He received the students with a warm and professional attitude. I highly recommand is class.

Vijith is a hit and exceptional teacher, extremely accomplished, with a lot of experience and motivating enthusiasm. I have found his Hatha classes to be some of the best ever - able to switch effortlessly between static and dynamic elements as well as workshop mode, always keeping the students in mind and with great support, adapted to individual needs. I don't think much more needs to be said. I can highly recommend him and his teaching concept and am excited to see how he continues to expand his own school. Incredible potential and a strong and at the same time approachable personality provide a great basis.

I discovered « real » yoga thanks to Vijith and I loved it! After attending many different drop in throughout India, I am extremely thankful to have discovered Vijith class.

During my Yoga Teacher Training Course in December 2022, Vijith was my Hatha Yoga teacher, and I absolutely loved his classes. He is a great teacher & person, and an experienced Yogi. His classes were thorough, creative, challenging, and motivating. He is a very enthusiastic teacher who is demanding and empathic at the same time. Even when I was tired from the whole day, I always looked forward to our evening class with Vijith. I walked out of his classes feeling physically great and mentally happy or proud regarding the things I achieved during class. Vijith knows exactly what a person is capable of or not, and helps others to reach their goals or to believe in their full potentials with perfect guidance, and without pushing too hard. His abilities to align and assist his students are extraordinary.

Amazing teacher, yogi and human being. We started with a drop-in class and ended up attending Vijith's Ashtanga Vinyasa class every day during 3 weeks. Vijith is very patient and eager to share with students from any level, from beginners to very advanced he has something to teach. We are so sad to have to leave, but hopeful to do one year a full TTC with you if we can someday!

I stumbled upon this yoga shala by accident and ended up being one of the best hatha classes I’ve had, Vijith is very talented and knowledgeable and got me into positions other teachers have never bothered to teach. HIGHLY recommend?

Yogi Vijith Pavi is an amazing teacher! Ive never really liked Ashtanga but thought that I shall give it another go; and this teacher made me love it because he is a great teacher!

Jivith Pavi is not just an incredible yogi, but he's a pure, humble and patient man. Never had better classes of yoga in my life, if you're going to Varkala, make sure you won't miss the chance to take a class with him.
