Very nice view but worst manager.shower not working no bucket in room how will u take bath.asked extra money for using jucuzzi in our room.paid rs 250 of dryclean charge asked by him for 1spot of food haldi on towel used for baby.very rood person

Spectacular views from rooms - but absolutely the worst manager.

Rooms are spacious and the view from the rooms is nothing short of spectacular. But completely spoilt because of the manager - Abas. He is an extremely rude person who doesn’t like or know how to deal with people, let alone guests.

Pity such a good property is let down by almost a single person.

He will make your stay feel unwanted and is generally a miserable person and will spoil the entire stay.

Strongly recommend against staying here.

A Great place to stay. Very nice ambiance, Polite Staff, amazing view from room balcony. The service was great, Special mention for - Kishan Sarkar, a very polite young man. Place, View, Staff, Cleanliness and Service all worth it.

It was a wonderful property on the slope of the hill, well managed hotel and the total staff was very cordial and supportive, Philip was a remarkable person. Overall stay of 3 nights was remarkable, owner Ohm Kumar is a kind person and must have taught his kindness to his staff also

I stayed at Tea Village by EGH for 3 nights. It was an excellent place to stay. Our room balcony view was picturesque and beautiful. The people there were very warm and hospitable. The food there was very delicious and value for money. Chef Vijay knows his stuff and all his preparations were scrumptious. It is 20-25 mins drive from the main munnar town but I think it is worth it. It is very calm and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mountain View and food was excellent,

Room is too good, almost all rooms have valley View, surrounded by green hills and mountain. Mobile connectivity for Airtel is too good. Hotel located off road so nothing around at Walkable distance.

Good ambience. Courteous staff.

No lifts or escalators. All areas / rooms in the property are not easily accessible to elderly people (due to the presence of large number of steps)

Great Stay. Good food. However it might not be accessible for elderly or persons with disabilities.

Situated in a quite hill in Munnar bypass, on way to Munnar city, it's worth a staycation!

The resort is accessible and has good amenities. The staff were humble and courteous.

Reaching to the resort was exciting, as the road that leads to the resort is a private road with good hill incline riding. People who don't have experience with hill drive should be careful.

We had a semi-suite for ourselves which was well maintained and set up for our stay.
What you are gonna love is the valley view and morning clouds to which you wake up and the subtle nearby waterfall noise.

The food here is limited in option and good.

Worth a place to stay if you are planning for a Munnar trip with Family!

I had a amazing experience with the Tea Village (Munnar) ; all the staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, especially Mr. Abbas. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfectly maintained. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The rooms have an incredible balcony view which is breathtakingly beautiful. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely come again. Highly recommended

First experience, would recommend this stay. Awesome view of the hill and the climate was foggy which made the view so magical. The rooms were clean and the service was superb, a call to lobby and everything is done in minutes. Was surprised and glad with the upgradation to semi suite room. Thanks to Abas.awesome person with perfect kind attitude. Food is acceptable with free breakfast package, eventhough a bit expensive, but after all its a resort, with eminent facility. Network could be a problem however the Free wifi provided makes it perfect. Only con was the route to resort was bit hectic.the view from the room suppresses the con. Parking facility is efficient and safe.

It is located on a hill side and the view from rooms are amazing. The morning view from room is mind blowing.

All are very supportive. We were experiencing care like our family. The hotel manager himself were involving to our small requirements also.

Can not imagine a premium resort at Munnar on this rate! With out any doubt we can say, the stay was worthy and gives value for money.

Very happy to share my experience in. As a group we went for a stay, I can say that such a memorable moments v had, just cherished the days v spent. The area was nature attractive, with yummy homely foods, cleanliness to be appreciated, more over the manager Mr Abbas was much friendly and cooperative.
I really recommend you all to not to miss this place, should visit ATLEAST once.

Had a very pleasant stay at Tea Village, Munnar. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is too good and the view from the room is just beyond awesome.

Very good experience. The road to resort is bit narrow but cars can go in that.since it is located on the hill it will be like that. The resort has car parking area. The rooms are good, neat and clean.view of hill from resort balcony is a must say.it is awesome! Every morning here will starts with a bliss. Food is also very good and tasty. Breakfast was splendid with lots of options. Overall very good service. For resort I will give 4* and since the view from balcony is that much wonderful so I will give a total 5*.

Room was very good with nice view, we booked premium room, they freely upgraded us to semi suite room which was more comfortable for us, The best thing we need to mentioned that the service of the staffs was excellent, they allways assist us for all our needs. Amal from frontoffice is excellent on his duty by fulfilling all our needs, due to this covid they are running with less staff, since all the staffs are at best to satisfy all our needs. The housekeeping staffs are hardworking, they do their best to maintain the cleanliness, food was too good with limited menu, thankuu chef for the best food. Team f&b also done the best job.
Very much thanks to the owner of this property Mr Om kumar sir, he is very much helpful for doing the reservation for us, and he given the best rate for us, very nice person allways approachable.
At last big thanks to the Operation manager Mr Abbas, very nice person, he allways ensure that we got the best service.

Very cordial staff. We didn't like the view from the room they provided initially, they were very particular in changing our room that provided a better view of the valley. The quality of the food was also excellent. Overall a good place to stay for a couple of days.

Revisited it 3 days back. The staff is super friendly. They provided us a room which has the best view. The food was excellent and the room service was good.

Nice place to relax, nice view, friendly and caring staff, tasty food. Rooms are very spacious and neat just like shown in the website. Rate is less compared to similar resorts having similar facilities.

We travelled a group of 5 couples. We requested to give rooms on same floors near to each other. Our category was premium, but 05 premium rooms were not available on same floors, hence they upgraded three rooms to semi suite for free, so that our group can stay together.
Such generosity touched our heart, all staff were very nicely behaved. Food was good and reasonable.

The place is located with a very beautiful sceneric view. One must visit it. Moreover, the rooms were very clean n hygienic.and the Ma'am at reception treated very nicely always with smile.

It's an amazing resort to be at. Right in the middle of hill.superb. Food is fine, location is excellent. A little far from main market but worth a stay.

It was okay. The road to the hotel is difficult to find at night. We stayed in a premium room with balcony. Washroom was spacious and clean. Hot water was available all the time. The view from the room was good. Buffet breakfast was also good.
