Poor customer satisfaction.very small chest pieces in alfam.
Do not serve what customer order.totally half star.

The workers are exhausted and not interested to take orders and serve food. The weirdest part is the man sitting at the counter is supporting these kind of attitude.

Uhm It's okay, the restaurant serves food for a pretty affordable price. Food is Just average. Tbh The service was pretty good and the food was served in a pretty good manner. The restaurant is clean and even not that bad in Ambience.
I ordered Porotta with Butter chicken and Schezwan beef. The Porotta was small compared to other food spots. And the curry was average. And was good in quantity.

Food quality was very poor. If you order a pepper dish, they will put 1 kg of pepper. If you order fresh lime or juice they will give another item, that you didn't ordered.
Service was very bad. Service boys will hear you, but they won't give you the ordered dish (will get entirely a wrong item). If you tried to complain they will become rude. This is what I got from the Thaal kitchen, Hmt.

I usually used to have mostly dinner form here and ofcourse it's good food. But today I ordered putt and Chilly Gopi and idiyappam plus egg masala for my father too.when I took the 1st bite of the piece form chilly Gopi, i felt like it's rotten.but as I'm having fever and my father also didn't comment on the same, I thought like it's my mouth's bad taste.but i feels like today I got served a bad food.it's totally dissatisfying.and I started feeling a stomach ache after 2 hours.don't know why and not sure what

The beef masala was awesome. Really clean and nicely done up place. Would love to go back. They have a very varied menu and service is very quick.

Got burnt rotti.
Burnt egg masala with smoke smell.
Chilli chicken is like chicken with water.

Veg Masala was good.
Customer care is bad since kept us for a while and didn't give replacement on time.

I ordered kizhi biriyani doesn't taste much good and the price was also high

Only dinner are good in this restaurant like alfaham, mandi and don't go for biriyani

Very bad service, especially very bad manner who sitting on counter, and we ordered shawarma in menu the rate was 100 and in bill the rate was 140 he.don’t choose

Place was not crowded still served us with a decent quality tasty food. We had a nice experience dinning here.

Very very Bad experience i had last day in my life there is some staff attitude is very bad i order normal meal and they bring beef pothichoru, After argument i heard the waiter tell to his friend to throw the food

Food was good. The porotta was smaller than the regular size but the pepper beef was good. Fish curry was tasty but still felt an excess quantity of masala.
