My experience was excellent due to warm, friendly Customer service given by Karthika. I spent about 2.5 hours shopping and she accompanied and helped me to find the products according to my taste and preferences. As an expat in India, my shopping experience was fabulous in this mall due to the collections and more importantly customer service given to me by Karthika. They have lovely slipper, sandal collections for all age category. I bought for my mother and she loved it. Beautiful selections of bangles. I would absolutely recommend to visit this place.

All products are of sub standard quality.iDK how this place got 4.1 star.i have purchased a 100bucks of foot cleaner at the price of 285 from this shop and after one use it's finished.paper came out of it.i thing 80-90%of products are of cheap quality with high price

We have been purchasing from them for long. Recently we got damaged product from them, but when we went to replace it they askd for half amount extra again. Very cheap service

Good place for purchasing all medium to premium range of products for women such as bags, chappals, shoes, fancy and gift items. Recommended for marriage parties as all the required items will be available under one roof. Cost is little bit on the higher side, but looking at the quality that can be ignored.

It was a wonderful experience for me @thaif mall kottakkal. Shop has a huge collections of bags, chappals, women accessories. Thanks to KARTHIKA. The lady who helped me for the shopping. She was with me throughout my selection process of chappals and bags.shop has a good ambience. And i will surely suggest thaif to my family and friends.

That shop was amazing. Really i enjoyed lot.and then the staff was carrying customer. So like very much. And i was buy the things low prize. That also I enjoyed lot. And then I have buy so many things hand back, shoe, and many things and also cosmetic things. So i like very much and the Nalini mam''she was working good carrying customer. Working hard. Really I was enjoying lot.

Shop is good, collection is good. But the staff. The worst staff I have ever seen. Yo guys really need to get some good people to work here.

Great place with enough choice. The sales folks were really patient and made our shopping experience great. All are unique and reasonable.

It is a place where everybody loves it, gets all the necessary supplies and takes care of the customer very well

Its a good shop and we will get fancy products with decent price and i cant assure that all the branded products are available here. But comparing with other shops its a better choice for shoppers.

It offers all kinds of fancy footwear for women and children. I have no opinion on the price level here. You can also get makeup accessories here.
Their parking capacity is not good enough. There is a little underground parking here. Located in the heart of the city.

Great lay out and super helpful staff. Perhaps the best collection of shoes available in kotakkal. A must try place!

Better option for ladies in the district. Bags chapels. Perfumes. Even there is beauty parlour also.

Performance of the staff's are appreciated. They smiled and welcomed me when i went to shopping late, at their closing time. No, not the owners. I'm referring to the staff only.i was a salesman years before and i always was damn angry at people who came at last moment.

Owners, are keeping their standard and they were very polite. I got an exchange for an unused item which i purchased for my wedding day.i went there to ask for the exchange after one month only.they didn't even argued for anything.told the salesman to fulfill my needs.

Only thing is that even the safety pin is little bit more EXPENSIVE. But you'll get a Neat, Cozy, Happy Shopping Experience.you won't see any cocky faces. I promise that.
