They provide biriyani for 70 rs onwards which is enough to fill your tummy. As they are near to college most of the time it will crowded and not preferable for families.

Poor ambience, good quality food.crowded place. Very few seating, better to take parcel. Beef biriyani is consistently awesome for Rs 100. Easy access from road, easy to park by the road side.

Afordable biriyani nearby cet. Price slightly changed from 70 to 80 for half chicken biriyani. But worth it. Very tasty. Whenever i like to eat biriyani i just came here n buy a half one. Stomach full n happy

Always crowded cos' all the time the students of CET comes here. Food is not that great but for the price we are giving it's worth a shot. Also I think the fare is quite affordable.

I just tried chicken biryani and it was quite ok with the taste. Sufficient amount of chicken pieces is added with the biriyani was appreciated. I just don't like the gravy or masala which they added in the rice. A small tiny Shop with decent hygiene atmosphere.

Dont get there, fake thalaserry biriyani. Beaf biriyani is utter waste, beaf gravy mixed with kaima rice, chicjen is also not good. Fried checken and rice. Tried parcel, there was no other restaurant nearby as it was sunday

The biriyani is not only affordable but also very tasty and worth for the money. There are both chicken and beef and other varieties to choose from.

Crowded during afternoon, quality is good.

A very small area crowded with students of nearby college of engineering and the food is okay for the price you pay. A perfect restaurant ideal for those college students who are their regular clients. Parcel or online purchase is the better option for families.

Simple and delicious Dum Biriyani, classic of the Thalassery Area. The rice is the fine, small-grained rice, while the chicken pieces are well marinated and cooked to a supple texture.

The makeshift restaurant is quite shabby in appearance, and therefore will have to be overlooked for the awesome biriyani.

Food, money & time wasted

I visited today and had a beef biriyani. It was decent and budget friendly. The service was nice. I see a lot of comments claiming the food was bad. I believe they were people with high expectations possibly fooled by the name of the hotel. 'Thalasseri Biriyani' is not what you get here, that's just the name of the hotel. Instead you get a decent, budget friendly biriyani which is perfect when the price is considered.

Very tasty 'thalassery biriyani' for 50/- (ask for single, rate as in 2016). Tasty fish biriyani, veg biriyani, egg biriyani, chappathi available. Must visit place.

This place was my first choice of preference when it comes to lunches for at least 4 years, that is during my college education in College of engineering Trivandrum. I like the taste ; their service is more like home than a restaurant. Afsal, Afnas, Razik, Shahzad- they are like brothers for CETians!

Easy On Pockets Good On The Tummy

The most economical+tasty+authentic biriyani in town. Not much of space for a dining experience. But is a go go for college students. Opposite to CET This place is all the rush during noon time.
Just like the traditional Dum Biriyani, pappadam is not at all offered here. Has other dishes like Biriyani rice gravy, chicken fry, liver curry, chappathi, beef, fish, Prawns biriyani and occasional quail biriyani.
