A good hotel to choose for those who want very bad food and very good prices. The only positive thing I saw was the service. Special appreciation for the chef's strategy of reducing the salt in the rice because the rice was too salty. I don't know if it was because the rest of the food was bad, but the water had a good taste.

We ordered eight meals and squid roast, but nobody liked them because they were too salty. The bathroom didn't have tissue or enough light. Also, the price was very high. It's surprising that they couldn't even provide tissue paper, which is a basic necessity.
Despite the disappointing experience with the food and amenities, it's worth noting that the water served was taste.

Bad smell inside AC restaurant. Avoid eating food from here after holidays. Had biryani from here. 2 days after onam. Biryani was not at all hot.it was lifeless.

Moderate restaurant, food was ok. Soup was good and tastyfish grill served was not upto the level, only surface of the fish was cooked inside was not cooked wellmojitos was good onechicken grilled items was okdeserts are goodatmosphere adjustableservice was good and have a variety of food collectionnon veg section was little down according to the tastehaving enough parking lot.

Visited for dinner with family. The restaurant was actually during its busy hour with lots of people, but it seemed that the waiters were having difficulty from receiving orders to serving them. Ordered chicken sweet corn soup, aripathiri, chapathi, butter chicken and chilly chicken. The served dishes were below average, starting from the chicken soup being too thick and looked like jelly.

Aripathiri was good, but too thin more like paper. Chapathi was also average, nothing big.

Honestly, we didnt quite enjoy anything from start to finish.

There is a lot of space for dining and parking.but the tables and washroom are not hygienic

Today I had a very bad experience there, i was having nadan sadhya there the waiters were non attentive, despite my complaint to the manager they never treated well and in fact we had to leave there without completing our lunch.

Pazhaya quality onnum ipol illa. Oru vakaku kollila. Don't waste your money. There are many better restaurants out there. Positive things ennu parayan. Nalla service anu athupole nalla ambience anu. Food koodi nallathayirunekil nalla oru restaurant ennu parayam.

Food was nice and tasty. Service has to be improved especially for families. Food quantity is less and hence the waiters has to inform the customers how much it will be enough for them

Such a worst restaurant I have ever seen in karunagappally I ordered food and the price was very high compare to other restaurant and the quantity is poor and the food is utter flop.

Really a bad experience. The food quality is really poor. Money is only the concern they are not even 1% bothered about the customer satisfaction.

This is one of the worst place i had visited till now. I almost waited for 30mins for just the waiter to take my order.and I leave from there with out taking the food. Keep it up.this is the way you suppose to treat a customer.

I have ordered food at around 7: 45pm and I have received it at around 10: 15pm. Delivery distance is 7km only. It took around more than 2 hours for delivery. It was too worse behaviour from the delivery boy. Food was cold when I have received it. Restaurant should take care of such issues

Want options, get nothing on a Friday afternoon. My Options was just fish and mutton and prawn. Don't believe reviews for any hotel in Alleppey. You only get parotta chapati and Beef.

We went there in the afternoon ordered Alfaham Chicken Quarter, Mixed Fried Rice, Vanilla Shake and Pista Shake, out of all that we only liked Alfaham and Pista shake rest others were bland, the meat was not well cooked in the Fried Rice.

Exactly on the highway, Has a lot of parking space, Food is okay, They also provide free home delivery to the nearby locations, They have a separate space inside the restaurent for confectionery and dry fruits also. Catering services are also available.

Good place to eat. Dining is permitted now with due covid protocols n social distancing which is possible here due to large space they have. Non veg delicacies are worth trying. Convenient being on the highway. Plenty of parking space. Confectionery and dry fruits of quality also available.

Good food … superbb… bt littile expensive… sometimes swiping machine makes delay… all arabic food items available also good serving.

Highly over priced. I just had a Sharjah shake which is common over here in Kerala. This was not that much tasty and there were a lot of sugar in it with a topping of ice cream and it is not recommended. The cost bis Rs 116 which is over priced compared to the one in Karunagapally which serves special Sharjah shake at Rs 70

One of the best Arabic food Resturant.
Its awesome. There is a huge parking in front of it. There mandi is the best Mandi i ever liked, but now a days i think there is a change in taste.

One full mandi rice is enough for 8ppls who eats less or normal. If its chicken then then the pc will be only for 4ppls max.

Food quality is Very bad and price is very high ; quantity is less, No mandhi flavour and taste, And there service is Very disappointed, we ordered a full mandhi and one biryani and it's take around 40 minutes.

This review is after several visits. The chef is this restaurant has got some serious skills, has a taste for what he cooks and believe me, I have had the Arabian dishes, the Schezwan rice and noodles, the mushroom chilly and pepper fry, prawns biriyani and even the veg meals on multiple occasions and has NEVER let me down. And this, I am saying as a collective experience, of my parents and my wife. May God bless this chef and this restaurant, it's one place to trust for a tasty dining experience. I would say it's a good choice to be for a family's day out, the best in Karunagapally town as of today.

Food quality is not upto the mark.
Have bought food items many times but they never improved.
Also food items are charged higher on price.

Very good hotel, has many branches in each districts, home delivery within few minutes this place has got mind blowing butter chicken you have to try it.

I had Chicken Mandi which was an average one but was okey, after placing the orders I had to wait 18 minutes to get the food.

Only positive thing about this is, they have enough parking space. Service is just okay, but their food is horrible, what we got seemed to be re heated somewhat stale food, tasted horrible. Not at all recommended

You can't easily notice the hotel but the sign. Great services and serving. I will recommend you to come here with family.
Chicken and mutton mandis are excellent.
Broasted Chicken are good. You can also come here alone but it is only for to fill up your stomach because it's a family restaurant. Facilities: - Children's park outside and outdoor dining.

Noon experience here is absolutely horrible, cause all they got during this time are biryani.the kabsa which I ordered was ridiculously priced but tasted really bad.the staff didn't even care to provide us with water.

I had appam and chicken curry. While eating I found a piece of hair inside the appam. So what rating can i give. It was a pre-wedding reception (engagement) the hall seemed to be in dis - order.

Good food, very hygienic and nice ambiance for family. The price is also reasonable and they arrange space for kids to play and ample parking is also available.

We 50 people had chicken al faham yesterday night at THAZA while coming back from Kochi.
We all got stomach trouble midnight.
Horrible day.unforgettable worst experience.
