The Ayur Villa

This is the worst hotel to stay. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone. No water, No Soap, nothing. They want to charge extra money for everything. Breakfast was terrible. Worst Experience, never go there again. Do not waste your time or money on these rude jobs worth con artists. Nasty couple with no desire to give people an enjoyable experience and just in it for the money. Refused a refund after the poor excuse of a session which was unorganized and over crowded with terrible facilities. Children running around and just over all 0/10 experience. Over priced. But the worst part about it was the seriously appalling manner of Jing and partner. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS! (Undoubtedly Jing will leave a rude reply trying to justify the disgusting treatment and service like she has with other bad reviews) SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE!

The hotel is clean and cozy. Unfortunately, three cockroaches appeared in the room, two in the shower room and one in the room. Other than that it was a nice hotel.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The location of the hotel was a bit hard to find, so be careful.

Beautiful, peaceful stay in Kovalam. The rooms are much bigger than the photos suggest, bed is extremely comfy and bathroom amenities are excellent. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. The hotel is really quiet so we had free roam of the pool and the indoor space which was fabulous. The hotel can arrange excellent massage services as well. The original Ayurveda package was for 7 days, but since we didn't have the time, we decided to do it in 5 days.
Normally, I would be admitted to a local hospital every year for a thorough two-week cleansing treatment, but this time I was unable to take a long vacation, so I chose this facility to fulfill my two wishes: to stay at a resort and receive a relaxing treatment. I chose.

The room was relatively new, so it was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay.
The shower booth is bathed in natural light and the linens are clean.
After the Ayurveda treatment, they lend me a special robe, so I didn't get any oil stains on my clothes, which was really nice.
The Ayurveda package comes with 3 vegetarian meals. The portion was so large for Westerners that I had to reduce it. It was especially nice to have local food for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was very good with plenty of fruit and lunch was served with dessert.
I really looked forward to breakfast and lunch every day.
The treatment lasts 90 minutes every day.
Although it was a single massage, I was satisfied with the therapist's skill and personality.
The daily doctor consultation and 1 hour of yoga were also great. I'm not good at yoga, but she taught me patiently and carefully, which eased my psychological burden a little.
All the staff were very friendly and responded to our requests immediately, which made us feel at ease.
What is noteworthy is that if you use the Ayurveda package, you can use your room until just before departure.
I was more tired than I expected after the treatment, so I really liked being able to lie on a fluffy bed and take a shower before a long flight.
Round-trip transportation is also possible by luxury taxi.
I think these two points alone made this package the right choice.
It was a wonderful stay that I would like to use again.thank you very much.

Very good hotel, clean, Vishnu is a pleasure as are the kitchen staff. I had a great two weeks, excellent massage and Ayurvedic treatment, very good follow-up by the doctor, yoga classes well supervised by the kind owner, nothing to complain about, rooms with super large bed, good bedding and beautiful bathroom, we walk a lot but we see so many things, come, you will be enchanted, the Keralans are smiling and welcoming

The villa was cute, nicely decorated and peaceful. The stay included Kerala and continental food for breakfast. The fruit was delicious!
Only breakfast is served. The other meals of the day can be ordered out, if planned ahead a bit from a menu provided by the villa.

Perfect accommodations for our family of 4 on the second floor. Nice, clean, large 2 connected rooms (one room had a king size bed and the other had two twin beds) with modern amenities in the rooms and in the bathroom. The rooms had AC, fans and balcony. The staff, Vishnu was very nice, accommodating and helpful to all our needs. The beach was close enough to walk thru the alleys. But walking back to the villa on a steep hill was bit hard. But still convenient to walk.

We lived in a room on the 2nd floor for two for 9 days. The room is large, balcony overlooking the sea, palm trees from the windows.
The bed is huge, you can get lost on it)

Booked 2 triple rooms.the extra bed is a mattress on the floor or a kid's bed not suitable for an adult.house has only 6 rooms so there's quite privacy and swimingpool is quite small.very good breakfast.the staff in charge is polite and nice.tours and activities sold by them were expensive so we organize ourselves.overall a good stay.
