Terrible service! The staff was rude and inattentive. They take our order then they got a family, they automatically canceled our order for serve them. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked. Not worth the price. I won't be coming back.

Tasty food. Moderate price. Ideal for dining for small groups. Not so spacious.still a good choice

Beware, what they served and what is there in bill. Food is average. Good thing is this is not a crowded place.

Best service in cherupuzha, affordable price with good quantity when compare to similar hotels in cherupuzha, attitude towards customers also excellent.the suggestion for best food is chicken biriyani, Plate shawarma, one problem i found is regarding chineese food, it can be more better.

Plate shavarma was too good there with Quality and reasonable pricing.
And chicken noodles was also good.
Worth every penny at this place.

Nice place for dining with families.

Had a yummy alfam.it's juicy and little spicy. The consistency of mayonnaise which they serves is terrific. Moreover thanks to Mr. Kannan for the exquisite service.

One and only one new generation restaurant in Cherupuzha. Varieties of non vegetarian food are available with limited veggies.

I herewith congratulate the management and group of people who have brainstormed their ideas and launched a perfect platform for foodies at cherupuzha. Yes.the "black bowl". The place for a perfect hangout, date, get together, family outing or just enjoy the bizz if you are alone. Starting from shavarmas, smoky kababs, Alfam platters, Tandoors, the hotel offers unique dishes with excellent taste and quality. Some of the mouth watering dishes include green chilly chicken which blushes you all around with the aroma. You may go for the dragon chicken with honey toppings cooked exoctically at low flames for an hour, or even velvetty butter chicken which melts and melts and melts. An amazing restaurant with an excellent ambience heaven for foodies.

Something which never seen in hotels.the ambiance no words to express and tasty food wow supeb.

If you are in this town you must try this place, don't just go for Arabic chickens, try their specialties (at my time it was Thai chicken). It's something like long shredded pieces of children in completely different type of curry.

As feedback chicken curry was awesome and completely defferent taste but it's combination with nan and butter nan wasn't that great combination. I hope with next dish, try to make the whole combination perfect.

Considering atmosphere, well place have well nice ambiance somewhat traditional Kerala architecture and taking small details like aesthetic wall clock etc, Showcasing nice ambient theam of your restaurant.

I just wish you to have better manpower for maintaining hygiene But as the place is just 20 days old so no complaints but just hope it will be far more better in visit next time. Please add card reader or other methods for e-transactions.

In other words this place in interior of streets but different variety of food. If you are locking for quality food must try.

This restaurant is one of best I have visited, obviously the best around the district. The food was so delicious and the ambience and the service of the hotel staff is amazing. I highly recommended this place for everyone.

The very authentic taste which drags us through the reminiscence of the homely food and the well maneuvered ambience adds to the grace of the enterprise too. The low dim lights platform really worked out, can’t deny- the name ‘Blackbowl’ is a smart pick.
