Great hotel. The best hotel in have ever stayed in. Rooms are big, clean with all the amenities. Restaurant is good. Staffs are good they resolve any issues very quickly. Overall wonderful experience.

Hotel is nice by ambience, situated in Kochi. Service is good. Try booking a Buffet there & do breakfast; an authentic taste of southern india. If you are finding for best hotel in this city then 'The Blooms' is best

The blooms cochin is located at a the prime location at kakkanad. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Its great value for money. I just had the breakfast which was up to the mark. The parking is not with in the compound. But it was still ok, when the location is considered. Staffs were helpful.

Very good rooms all the staffs they treat their customers well also the restaurant ambience also good

The food was very tasty, I'm from tamil Nadu so here the food was taste very good to eat

I bet! No five star hotels will have the quality service and amenities that Blooms provides. Me and my partner often travels to Kochi, mostly twice once in a month and for us it feels home here.
They have hassle free check-in and check- out, valet parking, luggage drop off and all time active service crew that maintains the room perfectly clean.
There’s everything from iron box to hair dryers and multiple towels on request available in here. It’s simply, worth the price! ️

Stayed for 1 day. Was disappointed with the experience. Room interiors was average. DTH cable was not working next morning. The hotel menu spread was very limited and took lot of time for preparation. Front desk staff was courteous and good.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good service. Only problem is that their car park is at a distance. The security will take the car to parking and bring back when required. But we need to make sure that we take all necessary stuffs from car to room. If you forget to take something, it will take a lot of time and effort to reach the car. Car park is in an isolated area too. So better not to keep any costly things inside car.

TV is not working and the mixer valve of shower is damaged also dental kit not supplied.

I think now it happened due to the pandemic situation and shall be clear in due course.

Had a very peaceful stay here. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and clean. I wasn’t expecting that…never heard much of this place before. They have a restaurant and a Cafe with amazing ambience. Most importantly the food was good & delicious. Lot of hotels have compromised there housekeeping and F&b dept due to dull income.staff layoffs.pretty much understandable. But Blooms has done well it seems. The place is very clean.must say that again and again. Rooms are well maintained and serviced. Enjoyed my stay.

Good stay facility and hotel situated just minutes away from info park. Decent rooms with good ambience and good South Indian cuisine.

Great modern rooms for the price. No other facilities so if you just need a large room next to the Infopark, this is the place

I have visited them before several times. However, this time I decided not to go back as the hotel have not been maintained properly like most of the independent hotels. Breakfast is not buffet and what was served had too much oil in it.
When I entered the room I felt like the room have not been cleaned. The linens looked shabby. Please do not prefer seeing the rates.
However, the staff was good including the lady in the front desk and also the security.

Good hotel. Clean and neat.clean bedsheets. Good staff. Only con is high price of food. But you can order outside food.

Really good rooms and courteous staff. Stayed here during a business trip for few days. The rooms had all the amenities needed and the pricing was reasonable as well. Only thing is that the breakfast options remained stagnant, apart from that everything was great.

Had two buffets from here.
One for Onam and the sadhya was good but the people who served where a little impatient.
The second buffet dinner was so good. The chicken salad was amazing.
A great place for dinner meetups and buffets.

Has okayish ambience even though this cafe restaurant looks small from the outside. Enough parking space and nice staff. The cold coffee here is extremely delicious. It's a good place to go for a coffee or lunch with your colleague friends as it's closer to Infopark. I would chose this place over Novotel or Olive anytime. Especially for small business conversations over coffee.

I had an impression like the place is lacking parking space. Even though It look bit congusted from road. There is enough car parking space at the backside of the hotel.

The space is one of the best space in and around infopark to conduct small dinner parties.

Ordered Appam + Fish Moilee & Pizza through swiggy. Terrible food - fish moilee had overwhelming taste of tumeric while Pizza was bland with raw onions on top of it. To add insult to injury, half of the curry was spilt on arrival due to improper packing / bad handling by the swiggy delivery partner. Would not recommended this place.

Nice experience, Good place for family or office gathering but have only maximum 70 - 80 seating capacity. Comparatively less expensive and tasty food. Limited varieties but sufficient. Very near to infopark, it is a good please for team lunch or small farewell party

Amazing prawns biriyani. In fact all the biriyani's have a distinct taste and flavor. American chopsey is good too. Has zomato gold offers.

Buffet is 400/- per head. Haven't tried it personally- but seems to be a decent spread.

Good food. Prawns biriyani and fish biriyani was awsome. Good service. Parking is bit far. Not that far. But a bit. Buffets are available. Never tried. Will try once.

Food variety is less, taste for some food was good and others was ok.

I stayed here for few days as accommodation was provided by my new company. Nice place to stay. Morning breakfast was complimentary and it was good. Everytime TV plan gets expired and need to call and ask them to recharge again.

We conducted our startup’s annual meeting here. Availed their conference room and cafeteria during our visit. Conference room prices are negotiable and reasonable. Have limited parking on premise, even though have parking spaces nearby. Services and the utilities are very good compared to their cost.

A place I had to book just an hour prior to check-in at night. I was on an official visit and to my surprise the hotel where I thought would be a average place turned out to have all the facilities similar to a 4 star hotel. The rooms are relatively big.there is a coffee station. Bathrooms with loaded accessories. Not sure about the breakfast but they stay was satisfactory. I would admit parking was a little uneasy as the car had to be parked in a ground behind the hotel. But decent and safe.

Had Buffet lunch from here, Food was tasty. Not much rush. Seems like number of items they provide doesn't fair with what they charge. Service was good. Valet parking only there.

Nice stay, helpful staff very orderly. Rooms are great for the prices. So far for these rates best hotel experience in Kochi. Activities are also not too far away. They will provide any basic necessities if needed within 10mins.

Pretty spacious and good location. The ambience was good and was less crowdy since it was a weekday and relatively new location. Food was good. Nothing extra ordinary. However whatever was presented was tasty and adequate.

I actually prefer to give 5 star by the hospitality which has been provided. But the restaurant team and room services are so worse that they don't even know how to treat the customer. We went for morning breakfast, one of the curry was almost finished, we asked and they said it's over. But as soon as we were done with our breakfast, they refilled the same.such a shame for the hotel and the management. If we ask for any room service, they will make it so delay and they keep it outside the room and walks off. When we enquired, they informed us saying we rang the bell and no one responded so we kept it out.the rest all are good infact prefect. Front office helped us in each and every situation.

The hotel has just brilliant food, that's a big concern out of the way. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. It's so quiet, and the immediate surrounding is laidback. The room was a little smaller than my expectations, still housing everything I needed. It's quite couple friendly too. Overall a very good experience staying here, will recommend it whole heartedly to all those who don't need a very spacious room.

Had buffet lunch here. Value for money, decent food. Nice place to have team lunch however, parking is not close to building.

Firstly, this is not a 4 star hotel; but the room itself had 4 star quality. Food was not up to the mark and the Qty was too less.
I am giving 5 star as the Price Vs Room Value proposition was super great.
Will go again on a budget visit

The hotel is located near the info park area of kakkanad, which is a bit inner from the city. The room looked fantastic there. But the walls were really thin and you can actually listen to the conversations happening in nearby rooms. The interior looked fantastic for a stay and he food was also nice. The staffs were found bit slow understanding the idea of hospitality. The attitude of the staffs need to be improved. Parking is also an issue. But its the best option available in that area within a medium budget.

Good hotel very close to Infopark. Room is neat and clean. Good staffs too. Food not very much reccomendable but still a kind of Ok.

A budget hotel with 5 star amenities. Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast also very good.

Locating the Hotel is a bit difficult. But it's situted on the Main road, I believe it needs better signage. Food was good and so was the hall.

Lobby and rooms are good. Due to its proximity with infopark, they need an id with address proof. (pan card they do not accept). Due to some police clearance or some formalities like that.

Went for a lunch buffet there. Less pricebut limited spread. Nothing fantastic. Taste also wasn't that awesome, but not bad either.

A very clean hotel to throw small party and functions. The staffs are nice and the food is very tasty be it North Indian or South Indian (though I tasted only North Indian). There is a small parking space and a small roof top to chill in between the function.

Overall it's a good hotel to give a visit.
