The Bombay Store

Have purchased products worth around 12 lacs from Bombay stores. I have always agreed on their no discount policy as I am concerned on the quality. My last purchase of a parrot lamp was terrible. I was promised of a product and was delivered another by Mr. Sreeshanth of the Bombay store, lulu mall, Cochin. I had followed up on the replacement or return of the money if replacement is not possible. No response have been received for more than 2 weeks from this employee or the store. Till you purchase the employee is constantly following up with you to transfer the money and meet his sales target and if there is any mistake from their end, there is no response.

Has a very good collection of indoor decorations and utensils needed for day to day need. If you are preferring terracotta this is the best place. You have lamps etc and gift items
