If you want a horrible stay in kochin.you can visit here.ac not working, millions of mosquitoes in room and you will only be there in entire 17 floors building.actually this is not a hotel they converted small hall into rooms.no water bottle no TV no hot water, no reception, no staff, it continues so on.if you want to try a horrible night checkin and enjoy the night.

Great location, spacious & ambient, avg-food, lazy service.staffs need to be atleast a bit more energetic.

The rooms are part of apartments. The staff were well mannered and they provided extra bed also (not just the mattress). However the room did not have a TV and the heater was also not working. Air-conditioned rooms with a bed, table, chair, cupboard and a dressing table. The room was neat and the bathroom was also very clean. The place seems to be recently furnished as everything in the room and bathroom were new. The place lies in between kaloor and town hall metro stations and is just opposite to Pothys.

Stayed for a night, AC was not working, water was not there, dirty linens and the room rentals are very high for this property.

The stay was wonderful! Best and Sincere reception at front desk. My check in was at 2pm and I reached early at 10, still had a warm reception without delay and at without any extra cost. Breakfast is awesome and number of delicacies and it's quality is worthy. The staff is very very helpful and pleasant all the time. Room service is also beyond words. Location is another catch point of this beautiful stay. Its very much located near to Qatar Visa Centre Edappally, Kochi. 5 stars to it.

It was our 1st Wedding Anniversary and the party was at The Chandys Hotel Kochi. No words to describe how wonderfully the Hotel Team has organised the party and I'm so thankful to the whole team of The Chandys Hotel Kochi. Cuisine was so delicious, Especially Culinary part of Chandys Mappas Restaurant and served well. It is the best in Kochi. Do go for it

Went for dinner last night, Chandys Mappas Restaurant (CMR) the staff were courteous and helpful. Good food with nice ambience. Even in COVID-19 situation safety protocols were followed. Personally would like to thanks the staff for the experience provided at The Chandys Hotel Kochi and it is the nearest Hotel to Edappally. Especially thanking Jaseem and Livya who where taking care of requirements.

Stayed in room no 308, bathroom beeding door is not closed firmly the gap there is enough for entry of mosquito and stinking smell from bathroom. Bathroom bucket is broken. Cupboard key is also broken.

Overall I had a nice experience at the Property, which is very near to Edappally Lulu Mall! Three cheers for the staffs of front desk especially Livya. They provided me an early check in. And it really helped me. Morning breakfast is also good with mostly South Indian cuisines. The Chandys Mappas Restaurant (CMR) serves the Kochis Best Porotta and its very Layered.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is quiet good in size. The thing I loved the most was the Location, just near to Qatar Visa Centre & Edappally Changampuzha Metro Station. The bed was very comfortable.

A wonderful experience! The hotel is in the Heart of the city, Very nearly 50 mtrs disctance from Edappally Changampuzha Park Metro Station and so near to Qatar Visa Center Kochi Edappally. It's heartful to see good people receive u in front desk, Especially Livya she is so smiling and pleasant. They even made room ready 2 hrs before my checkin without any questions. Room service is incredible. Rooms are quiet good in area and has wifi without any interruption. Breakfast buffet at Chandys Mappas Restaurant (CMR) is superb and has many delicacies even in this covid timing. And good thing it followed all the social distancing norms. The rest should be your choice if for business tour or otherwise in Kochi. 5 stars to Chandys Group.

Absolutely beautiful location just near to Qatar Visa Center Edappally, Kochi. Lovely little property. Great food at the Chandys Mappas Restaurant (CMR)! So close to the Edappally Changampuzha Park Metro Station, you can go around in Metro or book a Cab Service through the hotel. An experience like no other. My friend and I had to get our medicals done at Qatar Visa Center (QVC). We were greated with the friendliest staff, easy check in, and the hotel is only 150m away from qatar visa center. They're prices are very affordable and the restaurant Mappas (CMR) serves the best Continental and Kerala food. Must recommend to anyone looking for daily rooms in the city.

Only 100 meters from the Metro Station and very close to Lulu Mall in Edapally. My family and me were so happy to catch a metro and get inside Lulu in less than 5 minutes. Nice spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Room Service food was simply superb and my family and I will always choose to stay here again.

I had came from the UAE on 19 June 2020 and stayed in The Chandys Hotel at Edappally. The Hotel has the very good Internet facilities, since that was my preliminary requirement for continuity in work. The food was too good and the treatment of staff was also very good. Specially referring Bibiyana Chandy, I think the owner of the Hotel was very cordial and receptive. Thank you for the stay.

Chandy's accomodated me for a 14-day paid quarantine and I had a very pleasant stay. This is a budget hotel that doesn't compromise on comfort. Mappas - the in-house restaurant serves up some top notch Keralite fare that doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. The service was prompt right from the initial inquiry, to special requests made during stay and they always did it happily which was nice. The only hiccup was the wifi available wasn't reliable for all the work related meetings/casual streaming on YouTube. All in all it was a wise decision and I walk way with a smile)

My Paid Quarantine Stay [7 days] was very good. Took Standard Double Room [AC]. The room was a bit small and less space to move around considering the fact that this was for 7 days but was manageable must say:). The food was very good, we were served

Total Rating 4.5 / 5, area of improvement is to keep a bigger dust bin in the rooms considering Quarantine.

QUARENTINE FOOD MENU

**Breakfasts - Dosa + Sambar[Very tasty]+Tomato Chutney, Noolputtu / Appam / Puttu + Stew / Kadala Curry [which was superb].

**Afternoon meals were nice with ample quantity of Rice, Thoran, Sambar / Paripucurry [which was good] /Non veg being chicken curry / Fish curry. One day there was Biriyani Chicken & Veg too.

**Tea/Snacks - Superb Coffee + Hot Vada [ Uzhunne vada+Paripevada], French Fries.

**Dinner - Chapati/Pulao + Veg Curry/Kadai Veg/Channa Masala, Fried Rice + Gobi Manchurian.

Service was excellent. Room service was available all the time for anything you need.

After all this settles down, we're coming to Mappas Restaurent for sure.

Stopped there en-route to Coimbatore from Kovalam at the restaurant. By far the most excellent meal I had during the entire holiday. Very cost effective and delicious. The ambience is perfect and the management is very courteous. It’s a definite 5 on 5

Good place to stay, good restaurant, good place for small functions. Management is very co-operative.

The room was clean with clean towels. Staff were friendly. Food waa good. Center of town with shopping centres around it.

The friendly staffs ensure guests are well served every time. For me "The Mappas Restaurant" at The Chandys is an enchanting place where I always fetch a homely feel and taste. The authentic "Thalappakatti Biriyani" served here proves to be amazing and delicious. The nearby metro station makes it really easy to reach any place in Cochin, especially the Lulu Mall

With a very warm smile the staff welcomed me, the place was very neat and pleasent.
I had the best break fast after a long time. The owner himself extended discount since i had booked room for 2 from 10am to 6Pm, which i felt the best way of hospitality.

Excellent hotel, the restaurant strives to incorporate traditional and unique tastes into their menus. Breath of fresh air from the ordinary. Amazing staff.all around winner! Would visit again.

I stayed here for 3 days and the service overall was very good. I have to mention specially about the courteous staff. Mr. Jaseem, of Front office was very cordial, co operative and helpful.

Ambient atmosphere - the best thing about the hotel is the the attitude of their staff - all smiling -from the time you enter the place - all ready to help in whatever manner they can. One should not expect getting the five star facilities at the hotel but still cleanliness was up to the mark - all basic amenities were taken care of in the room. The breakfast was quite good, the quantity was less but that is okay because it was complementary and the room rents are so reasonable. <br/>We met the Owner, Mr. Jacob Chandy and his wife both very nice and helpful. I think though all the staff was really nice but it is worth to mention the names of LIVYA at the reception and BIJOY at the restaurant with smiling faces all the time. <br/>Hotel is near all the facilities one may require- including LULU MALL - one of the main attractions of Kochi.

It was a nice experience with Chandys hotel especially the location and ambience, very kind staff and Mappas restaurant served us with top delicious food. Got a warm welcome with sweet welcome drink and it was so nice. Front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, security department all those staffs were so helpful and very kind. I would like to appreciate Mr. Sumesh (housekeeping manager) and his team for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel especially In the guests rooms. Mr. Sumesh Offered us a room service facility as per my request even they doesn’t have this facility providing to their guests. Met Ms. Bibiyana Chandy General Manager of the hotel and it was very nice taking with her. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and the provided services.

The accommodation was really nice and all staffs were very friendly, helping and professional. Including housekeeping, restaurants, front office staff, and pretty much any employee we met throughout the property especially mr. Sumesh. Thank you for your attention towards our family.

Heard this is a very good hotel. Located in the main part of the city. The prices for food are very affordable and tasty. Lots of shopping locations nearby so definitely a good place to relax.

The Chandy's hotel is easy to get to as it is in the main locality and less than 2kms from the famous Lulu mall. The restaurant in the hotel is called Mappas and they serve tasty food. Restaurant service was quick and excellent. The main specialty in the menu was the Mappas biriyani. I had the chicken biriyani and it was different from your average kerela biriyani. The stay was perfect as the rooms were clean and tidy. A definite option for your stay when you come to Eddapally, Kochi. You will not regret it.

Wonderful hospitality! From the time I checked in till I checked out. The rooms were neat, tidy and comfortable. The room service were excellent! The location was very convenient for me enabling access to various parts of the city. The food from Mappas was yummy! Overall it felt like home? !

New restaurant, Thalappakeattu Biriyani is the main item.but its not like same as the brand thalapakeattu.here it is more with the pepper as you can see in the images. Restaurant is quite calm and well arranged.

It was very nice. Close to metro. Highly convenient. Best hospitality. Very good rooms for the price. Very much advisable for families & even business stay
