Worst Customer Service in Kerala! RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE! No staff to attend! No waiter! 1 manager guy appeared after 30 minutes of waiting! Another 30 minutes to serve a tap water juice! Tea showed in bill but never served it! Veg curry 200+ seriously? Ashamed to say such a pathetic restaurant even exist in our kanjirapally!

No satisfactory experience. Food was just okay. Biriyani served there disappointed us very much.
Lunch served there charged high rate but didn't had enough quality.

Washroom kept neat and tidy.

Very clean and comfortable place to have food. Food is also ok. Staff are very cooperative.

Service staffs are not polite and sincere to the management.
Some of them requested to the customer to offer liquor for them.
Some one drunk on duty.

Quaint, nice place. Basic grooming requirement, food isn't all that great, breakfast atleast isn't great. But definitely recommend a stay if you see it or hear about it. Cheers.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. My family and I have been loyal customers for the past three months and have always enjoyed our stays with you. However, on our most recent visit, we encountered a problem with our room reservations that left us feeling frustrated and let down.

On April 17th, we vacated two of our three rooms as we were attending a function in the area. Prior to leaving, we specifically informed the reception staff that we wished to hold onto the third room for our couples, and asked that they communicate the charges and reservation details with us. Unfortunately, when we returned later that day, we were informed that no such communication had been given to the staff, and that we were required to vacate the remaining room.

We were deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from the staff, as well as the failure to provide us with any alternative options. As loyal customers, we expected better treatment and support from your hotel.

We hope that you can take steps to address these issues and prevent similar problems in the future. We would appreciate a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

The Hotel and service are good but the food is pathetic and they don't serve you food after 10 PM

No number to contact reception
There is no mats to dry after washroom no water to drink very bad experience compared to any other suit rooms of other hotel

4 stars for Room Quality& Neatness
But staffs are ruideness like Bar Bounsers.
I have booked 3rooms. But we are cancelled 1 room & stayed 2 rooms. But they are collected payment for Cancelled room also.

This hotel not suitable for Professional & Families. Food is very average but price is high.

Yesterday at 4.30 pm (04-06-2022) we arrived at this hotel and ate fish masala, chicken 65 and chicken fried rice. Dear travelers we are still experiencing non stop vomiting and diarrhea. They are giving very bad and stale food so no one should go here.

Had biriyani. Biriyani is good and heavy. Less oily. Chicken can be little more cooked. Waiters attitude yo be changed.

I went for a dinner with my family, but there were not so many items availble. Also only some items in the menu is available. Food is nice and was not so crowded.

The stay was okay. A lil above average hotel that we can find in the area. Nothing great. Should improve on neatness and hygiene. The restaurant was also just okay. Room needs to be maintained. The balcony and windows could not be used as it was all dirty.

ഈ പ്രവണത ഹോട്ടൽ അറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടാണോ? അല്ല തൊഴിലാളികൾ എടുക്കുകയാണോ? കൂടുതൽ വാങ്ങിയ50 രൂപ.

Nice hotel. Easily accessible. Neat and medium size rooms. Restaurant facilities are also available.

Entrance to ac bar like a hell. Very bad smell. Ac bar entrance is through basement parking.very Stinky.

One of the best hotels in Kanjirappalli. Not into the city but situation over a best place away from city and traffic rushes. It's a 3 star hotel. Rooms are quiet good. Value for money.

We’ve been regulars at the restaurant here since it’s midway for us whenever we travel to Kuttikanam. Went here recently and was very disappointed to see the state of the place. The table cloth mats were threadbare, like literally! I mean who eats at a fine dining place with tattered placement mats? ! I was abhorred ️ But dint have an option so we ordered. The mutton and chicken roast was good. The mutton pepper fry was good too. Biryani was ok but the paronthas were not good. Also the side plates looked very dirty and on close inspection we realized that the plates are permanently stained.
I won’t be surprised if it shuts down one day! The way it’s being run right now clearly displays the lack of involvement from the owner/ investor who is perhaps looking to sell. Either way go at your own risk, I wonder if the fine dining restaurant Looks like this, what the rooms would be like
PS: the light inside was so poor that I couldn’t even get the pictures of the table mats and the plates.

Outside looks like luxury, inside not clean. Table cloth not clean (looks like washed 1 year back). Don’t ever buy Dosa, worst dosa ever tasted.

Great food. A must go place for lunch or dinner. The bar is on another side so there is no fuzz there.

Very bad service. Especially the receptionist guy. Not a pleasing talk to the customers. Unsatisfied with their service

A nice 3 Star hotel in kanjirappally which is located a nature friendly location in kanjirappally. Have a lot of services have best standard. The room size are moderate and room have ac. Free WiFi. The hotel have easy access from the main road. The hotel have bar facility.

Hotel Elegance, Kanjirapally is the best and the most chosen option by travelers in and around Kanjirapally. Elegance has a versatile style of its own and the best service. When films are being shot around kanjirapally movie starts like Mammootty use to stay in at Elegance.
Speaking of the rooms, they are the best especially suit rooms. These rooms gives the best views of Kanjirapally town and it's green canopies. I very much recommend Elegance to one and all.

Itz as elegant as itz called. Rooms are spacious with a seperate table and 2 cozy chairs other than the cot and a main table. Lightings are good. Bathroom and toilet kerps upto the expectation. Toileteries were provided. But we got only one tooth brush and a single bathing towel to share between the two of us. Kettle and stuff enough for tea and coffee were there which was very appropriate for a cold morning like that we had.

Elegance hotel is a standard hotel in Kanjirappally and Ponkunnam area. This hotel have restaurants, rooms and three bar. They are always keeping their standards. We can get almost all type of foods and executive bar and a/c bar are very good, food also good. Room rent costs around 3000 and above. Staffs are very polite and have good manners. Overall it's a good place for food, rooms and for liquor

Just okay, the place has dim lit restaurant and bar, food taste is good and service is good as well. Place is maintained neat

വളരെ മികച്ച ഒരു ബാറ്. AC/NON-AC സൗകര്യങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുന്നു കട്ടൻ അടിക്കാം. ഞങ്ങൾ ബിയർ ആണ് കഴിച്ചത്. AC യിൽ ശാന്ത സുന്ദരമായ ഒരു അന്തരീക്ഷം ഉണ്ട്. ബിയറിന് ചാർജ് 170 ആണ് (23/06/2019). Beef dry fry ₹160/-. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളിയിലെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ബാർ ഇത് തന്നെ. ഹിൽ ടോപ്പ് ഇത്രയും വരില്ല. പിന്നെ നല്ല ബാർ കാണണമെങ്കിൽ മുണ്ടക്കയം പോണം. അർമാണി! പൊൻകുന്നത് KTDFC ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പോയിട്ടില്ല.

A 3 star lodge with modern facilities. Good room service. Neat and tidy rooms. Price is reasonable.

Rooms are good. Service also good enough. But their wifi connectivity is very poor. Food from restaurant is also not up to the price we pay.
