Hot dog with a bread and sauce! Worst of all only Self service! That's what the guy in the counter told me! Such a good store but can't serve!

This is a delightful spot for couples and small groups to enjoy a cozy evening with coffee and snacks. I had the pleasure of trying their chicken tikka pizza and choco hazelnut shake, and I must say, they did not disappoint. The chicken tikka pizza, although on the smaller side, was bursting with flavor. It was so tasty that I couldn't resist. While I was looking forward to a refreshing cold coffee to accompany my meal, I was a bit disappointed to find that it wasn't available. Nevertheless, the overall experience was quite enjoyable, and I'd recommend it for a pleasant evening out.

Delayed serving after ordering. Good atmosphere. Good place for hosting party, dining or brunching with friends and family. Home delivery also Available.

If you love tea or coffee (like every other Malayalee out there), then please don’t order it from the Muffin House. I didn’t know people could mess up tea this bad. Along with that the dine in floor had a weird odour and wasn’t that clean. The place sells average - good cakes though.

I had to get some bites, waited and waited no one attended. When asked the fellow at tlhe counter told to wait further as if I had gone for some Dr.consultation or some kind of free service. Very rude behaviour compared to other similar places such as Azad, or coffee anr cakes.

I had a fantastic experience at Muffin House Bakery! The store is impeccably maintained with an impressive variety of items. The snacks they offer are not only delicious but also some of the best in town. The cakes are both tasty and reasonably priced. The bakery's prime location opposite KSEB Vaidyuthi Bhavan in Pattom is very convenient. Although parking is limited in front of the shop, the friendly staff provides excellent service. Overall, Muffin House Bakery is a must-visit for anyone craving delightful treats in a welcoming atmosphere.

It was good, the smoothie I ordered was good in terms of taste but too much crushed ice and not creamy. So I'm a bit disappointed. Therefore three stars.

I went in for a coffee and no one came to take orders. When I was about to leave I found that you are supposed to order downstairs and wait upstairs. Most of the items in the menu was not available. The cappuccino tasted like dirt.

Seems like a dying store. There wasn't much rush even at peak hours probably because of the lack of parking space.

We ordered Red Velvet cake (full cake). This was the worst cake we tried unfortunately. The frosting was sweet, wasn’t even cream cheese, if it was didn’t even taste like it. The cake itself was extremely sweet and tasted nothing like a red velvet cake, had a chemical cherry taste to it, in the worst way possible. Only thing that was redeemable was the presentation of the cake. Won’t recommend this cake at all.

The food was ok ok but the muffins were very bad and for a shop called muffin house its disappointing.for the service the people did not smile. And the atmosphere it felt more like a shop.

I just ate a gulab jamun from Muffin house. Thank God. It's the right place, so delicious and mouthwatering food. They have the best staff and services. With lots of love and thanks.

Muffin house are one of a good bakers in Trivandrum. They have a lot variants of Cakes, Cookies, breads and so much savoury snacks.

Great quality stuff at reasonable rates. They have a wide variety of delicious snacks. The cafe is not yet opened for dine in.

We ordered a classic cassata cake for my son's birthday. It was very soft and yummy. They delivered it home on time as well

Good bakery visited ever.we have a lot of good memmories with my friends over their as it was my after school chilling spot.loved it

I had to throw away the red velvet and chocolate muffins I bought today from the Muffin House bakery because they were stale and tasted awful. One bite and I threw it in the trash. I think they changed the expiry date and just put it on display.

The sales person just threw the muffins in the counter top from the display when I asked for them. He put the puddings and the muffins together in a carry bag and handed it out to me like it was trash. Very bad and brash behaviour. The pudding leaked and fell all over the muffins.

I'm never going there again. It's better to avoid the place for your honour, wealth and health.
I wish we could rate the place without any stars.

It's a place with a cute name, but it's run and maintained badly and is a totally KOOTHARA place.

Pastries, puffs, samosas, cookies, savoury items etc. Got a cafe on the first floor. Friendly staff, some of their cakes are not up to the mark.

Chicken fingers is a must try from here. Service was average but the chicken fingers taste was awesome. You won’t think twice to go there again once you get the taste of it. Highly recommended.

Eventhough pattom muffin house food stuffs are yummy its full of house flies. Bad experience. Didn't expect it from muffin house brand

We ordered red velvet shake which cost 140 rupees each.it was very poor in quantity and quality.not worth of money.totally disappointed.very bad presentation

Had a decent red velvet affair happening initially but now they have started using strawberry flavoring and pulp (with seeds) in their red velvet cakes.:/ Strawberry flavor overpowers all other flavors.

Good materials are costly

Too high rates and very late delivery. Majority of the staff are trainees who don't handle things responsibily. Only gimmicks.

Good enough place for muffins and pastries. Didn't try other dishes, so will update in time. Coffee is good and staff is amiable. Waiting time was a bit long, though I was in a mood to tolerate. ;)

Parking can be a bit tricky, though two wheelers will find plenty of space around. I found it less crowded at a Saturday evening.

Good bakery with some unusual items. Their butter khara and peanut biscuits are great. Not too sweet, even the muffins. Some items a bit overpriced. Their wheat bread is quite good.

Quite disappointed with the place. Ambience which appeared nice in pics was a let down as AC was ineffective and place was infested with lots of flies. For an order of grilled sandwich, they got burger initially and even later what they gave was nowhere close to grilled sandwich. Waste of time.

The place is a must go if you're looking for a calm, quiet place and you don't want to experiment a lot. The customer is service is good and the ambience is commendable.

I would strongly recommend their sandwiches and their speciality drinks gopi soda (not the one you would expect) and flamingo shake.

The quantity is low for the price and the parking facility is inadequate. Apart from these two, i ain't got much say to its downside. It has also got a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Great place for getting snacks, cakes and pastries. Infact the menu is wide ranging from cookies to pizzas however they are most popular for snacks and pastries. They offer variety shakes and juices too. I felt that snacks like chips, fries, halwa, sweets etc are a bit costly. Varieties of cookies are cakes are available at reasonable price. Packed berries, dry fruits etc are offered. I like very much to buy snacks from here.

At muffin house now.ordered for a beef sizzler, which the waiter said was nice, spicy and great.expectations galore.and my son picked a cheesy pizza.

After a long 30 minutes wait.another waiter comes and tells us a sorry.the chef says that they do NOT have it anymore.

Have asked them to get us the mojito's and God knows when that would arrive.nice place.but got me sad the first time.

Good place for a cup of coffee. Price is reasonable. Place is nice and cosy. I had a cup of Americano Black Coffee, and it was good. Seems AC environment closed from the noisy road. Muffins are really good. For the maldivians who would like to have a cup of coffee, this place is recommended.

Centrally located, easily accessible but no parking space. Except that everything else is nice about this place. What is served is good. The ambience is great. It is spread in three stories, so enough sitting space. Recommended.

Fine baking with fluffy fresh bread n cream, slightly high priced (Rs450 for a half kg of chocolate truffle cake) and good ambience in that little space with a first floor seating are highlights of this baker, the Muffin house. Various cakes, pastries, sweets of desi ghee like mysorepak, balushahi, motichoor laddoo etc, kaju sweets, pizza, puff, snacks et al are available under one roof. Kudos. Pleasent, delightful experience. Not uncouth but refined mannered waiters. Easy to locate from the traffic. Rational prices for cakes and snacking. Chicken sandwiches are lip smacking, especially.

Not at all good to give bulk orders. Gave order for 50cutlets and gave advance. Next day they made me wait so long only to find out that cutlets are not yet ready. I had to adjust with cakes. Thank God it was there in adequate numbers. Totally irresponsible service.

Bought white forest printed cake, chocolate cakes for Birthdays both were very good. Chicken pizza and tikka roll were yum. Bakery items are good too. Price very reasonable.

Today I went there with my wife and new born. A staff took our orders.we just ordered a piece of vancho cake which was readily available and 2 shakes. After a long wait for more than half an hour nothing was served. No staff was available to enquire. My little one started crying. Other customers who came before us were also not served anything. At last a staff came and we asked to cancel order as they were not ready to serve our order. Very bad experience.

Some food options are good. Like the burger @60 RS, or the Tikka roles or the sweet tea rusk.

I went with my friend to this shop during our small lunch break and we ordered for clubbed chicken sandwich. After waiting for more than 15 minutes we received the wrong order and then they excused and went to bring the sandwiches. After waiting for about half an hour still we didn't get our food so we left the shop. My first and second visit to this shop was good but this time they were bad at dealing. Extremely poor service.

Visited this place after seeing lot of reviews. Tried with steak, kebab and pizza. Taste and quality was good.

Oreo shake and American cheese pizza. Great combo. Affordable rates. Great interior furnishing with underworld theme. Nice customer service and delivery. Great parcel packing and food delivery awesome foods with delicious recipes.
