No home delivery.it would be a better service if they provide home delivery option and staff behaviour is not so cool

When i start to items couirer i prefer this place and they provided some limited place delivery like when i send to a rural area then the recived may collect from office they didnt provide door delivery and they charged a amount its little high and its didnt accept a medium person today i went a bill to punjab they charged 80rs for that envolpe may be the service cost or what ever.

Staffs are very rude and no one is interested to help at all (NOT PROFESSIONAL) online tracking is pathetic, parcel disappeared during transit like a great magic for 4 days and then came back after lots of fights, if delivery date and time is not your concerns, then this is the right courier for you. Other wise please think again.

Their service is good. The delivery was done without delay. The front desk staff are helpful with queries we make.

One of the worst delivery services available.they don't deliver to the address, they expect you to collect it from their office. Worst customer service ever. And funnily enough, the call won't connect 99% of the time.

No home delivery. They don't inform sender that there is no home delivery and the reciever has to collect from their office.

Very bad experience, the packge was come on 1august. It has not been delivered. They are not ready to deliver even if it is within 3km.this is the state of Aluva professional couriers

Good responds. But dey are not doing home door service only to office. Both are paying despatch cost. Civilians best more than office.but no home delivery. Because of courier competition they receive less amount from office

Worst service, I sent one parcel to Kottayam, they delivered after 7days, also they didn't delivered at door step, very very bad experience

Took a bit delay in delivering my courier to Kannur since they have delivery to inskirts of the district only twice a week.

I had a very good experience with professional couriers today. I had to send some hospital related reimbursement to submit. And I chose professional couriers for tne first time. I can say that the employees behavior towards customers were very good and polite.they were very supportive and answered all my queries in a very good manner. I never expect such a good response from them.

The office staff says they cant deliver on time.asked me send via some other courier service other than professional couriers.they didnt even apologize for their mistake.very rude behaviour

No ways to track online though you get a reference number to track. It always say ‘details not available’. If you want to courier something quick and on emergency, please go for Bluedart. Bluedart is super-fast since they own an in-flight cargo service by themselves. Hope this helps.

The most unprofessional courier service in North india is professional courier and sreemaruti
They don't have any customer support.
Packets always crushed like they sleep on it.
Tried 3 times from Bangalore kochi and chennai box crushed always.
Need to go to hub for collection or wait for 48 hours after parcel arrived because they only visit 2 times a week due to lack of manpower even after lockdown.

Very bad service. No delivery person was available and they called asking us to collect the parcel from the office. It was highly inconvenient and on top of that the person on phone was rude.

When it comes to delivery they don't deliver to near by places like Ashokapuram, every time they call and ask the courier to be picked even though money is paid for door delivery.

Never ever use any of their services. I have very bad experience with the PRO Premuim courier team
