No home delivery near town also. Unprofessional service. Worst in town!

They promise that they deliver the package home, when any packs sent from other places. But don’t expect home service especially the Irinjalakuda branch. They say that there is no staff hence to come and collect it from their office. Use it on your own risk.

Very very bad experience. Don't depend on their service.if they are not ready /willing to deliver at home why they are running courior sevice.

The most unprofessional courier service in Irinjalakuda. They asked me to come & collect the courier from their office (really don't know why they aren't delivering it to door). When I requested to deliver to my place which was just 1km from their office, they said they will deliver in the coming days. The courier was sent by my friend for my birthday. And I recieving it on some other doesn't sound nice. So, I had to go & get it.

Very bad.better to use DTDC, DHL, Indian post office etc.
