They do not do Home Deliveries. The Trouble is that you will not be told this before you use their courier service. I had sent a courier through Timesol, a third party vendor from my workplace to send a courier to my home town. I paid for a registered courier to send a few important documents to be submitted to the bank. Once my courier reached Pampady, I was called to arrange someone to get the courier from my home to their office, 25 minutes away. And this, to them is acceptable. I pay for the courier to be delivered to my home, but I have to go to their office to collect my courier.
