This place is of am era long gone, the place could have been opulent, but it is tired. The rooms are nice and clean, but if you look closely, the shower room is not really clean, the restaurant is old and food not really up to par, the people were very nice, but I felt the they were not sure if alcohol was paid for at reception, so altho very nice, not so well informed. We ordered a taxi, which was more expensive than we have ever paid for, so they were more interested in their cut. All in all an expensive place that promised more than it delivered.

I visited the place for a quick brunch and spa stop; the service was Ok, but I was glad I could find some fried sweet plantain in the buffet.

Good service…. Rooms are spacious and affordable rate.it’s in centre of town. Staffs are very nice, especially reception staff.

Silvertips Is A Cinema Themed Hotel, Each Floor Had Different Cinema Themes And It Gave a Actual Theatric Effect.
And Also I Came To Know About Famous Actors like Shahrukh Khan Deepika Padukone Have Stayed In This Beautiful Hotel during movie shoot of Chennai express.
The Ambience Is Really amazing.
The Staffs Were Really Cooperative And Very Friendly.
Mayabazar Restaurant Was Outstanding And Food Served Was Really Delicious And variety of food we enjoyed!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the High quality of service and attention to details remains. The staffs is amazing, the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate, simply good services, good staffs, iam suggesting all off u.

We just visited their restaurant, ordered few things like Soups, chicken lollipop n chicken nuggets. Soups tasted nice. Others were all okay okay. The whole ambience of the restaurant was good and the toilets as well. Would definitely wanna stay sometime.

It seems to be not a resort but just a hotel. The restaurant is not good. Rooms are ok but bathrooms and toilet are conjusting and not having enough space. The restaurant will definitely disappoint you. When I selected bufet nonveg dinner they served only one item, fish chilly, as non veg and took heavy price for the bufet. Room service and house keeping is avarage.

Completely satisfied with the stay and the food! It's a hotel with a theme on every floor. We stayed in a room with Padayappa movie theme.

This review is about the restaurant. Ambience was great. Hot and sour chicken soup was awesome. Price is on the expensive side.

The best North Indian food I have had in and around Kochi. The restaurant is nicely set up and have good intereriors. It was quite quiet when we went there, at around 5 PM. We ordered Paneer Pasanda and Dal Makhani and they both were delicious. In breads, we ordered Laccha Paranthas and they were of the best I have ever had, trust me. The staff was very good. They care about the environment and don't serve bottled water and provide water from in house RO. They also feature separate kitchen for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food so that's a plus point for people who eat Vegetarian food. Must visit place for some nice dinner / lunch. The prices are moderate as well.

Persons in the front desk are not welcoming. Hot water timing should be 24 hours. Providing only limited hours. Overall hospitality is not worth the money they are charging.

A very good hotel in munnar. Located just before munnar town, the hotel has good parking space available and a great view of the town. The staff is very courteous and attends to every query asked with a pleasant smile. The rooms are well serviced and each has a balcony overlooking the town. The food from the restaurant is tasty and has a lot of varieties but is priced on the higher side. This hotel is a themed one with lots of posters and pictures on the hallways and rooms.

TL: DR, A themed hotel located at the entry of Munnar town with really good ambience, awesome service and rooms, pretty good restaurant.

Superb hotel with the wonderful seanery surrounding the hotel. The tea estates and football ground nearby gives great view from the hotel balcony. The rooms are great, we paid 3500 for room in June. Parking is limited comparing to the rooms available. The buffet breakfast is good. You will enjoy the stay, except people like us who hate movies would see movie posters all around the hotel. The projector in the entrance is impressive.

Amazing experience very friendly makes u feel like must have this experience with sliver tips once in life time I had a stay in club mahindra munnar before sliver tips but, the feeling of luxury is sliver tips munnar.

Recommended for family trips. Clean and spacious rooms. Decent food. Committed staffs, with a smiling face and always ready to help. Both lady staffs and male staffs were so friendly and hospitable.

We went to silver tips for dinner buffet. Very good place for vegetarian people. Food was of good taste. Price was okay. Nonveg variety is limited but Tasty. The desert was very good. Ambience was excellent. Fair amount of car parking available. Staff were very cooperative. I have deducted one star for absence of non veg food variety.

Awesome stay. I loved this hotel superb rooms and clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are spacious and neat. The room cleaning teams are perfectly good. Excellent service and extrordinary food. Enjoyed a lot there. This hotel was an star rated and movie themed hotel.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all, especially Albin Thomas, dint wanna co operate at all.the biggest reason we booked the hotel was the pool and the pool had freezing water which we couldn’t use. The staff said that Munnar dint have the voltage supply to warm the pool which was BS. The room dint have cable.we couldn’t watch tv they said they would fix it in the morning and they dint. Fridge in 301 don’t work. Worst service and a horrible hotel do not book!

Stayed here for a night. Budget friendly stay, friendly staffs. Most importantly all necessary shops are at walkable distance. Bathrooms clean and they do provide wifi, TV, etc.

Good Hospitality. Film starts stay here when they come for shooting at Munnar. Interior works are awesome.

One of the best available Hotels in Munnar Town. Has a Movie theatre ambience as well. I understand that this was earlier a movie theatre and modified to a 4 star level hotel. The rooms, Room service, The food everything we enjoyed during our stay and all had an elegant standard. A good hotel to stay inn Munnar for Business and leisure people in good standards

Stayed at this hotel for two days while on a visit to Munnar.the staff were very polite and helpful.the rooms were clean and had a good view from the balcony.the hotel is in the heart of Munnar town and also has a decent restaurant.they serve buffet for breakfast and the spread is decent.over all had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely recommended to people who are visiting Munnar on a holiday.

Great hotel. Rooms named after movie stars. My room named My Fair Lady featuring Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison. Room had adequate bathroom and relatively spacious. Meals acceptable. Clean and comfortable
