The vibe is great hear, you can enjoy with your family as well as friends here, but the service is not that good.but in all its a great place to chill.
We went for lunch but left without eating. I understand alcohol is served here bit everywhere it was smelling of alcohol. We asked for a place to sit with family, the server showed us a family room which seemed like it was closed since ages; smelly, dim/no light and no fan just a not working AC. Upon asking they took us to their AC seating Although this was also smelling of alcohol but better then other areas. A person was playing some rave kind of music loudly in his phone, when we asked the server to request theme to lower the volume, he straight away asked us to sit in the earlier shown family room. Hence we left that place.
This place was totally unexpected. Wanted to spend a good evening with a friend. We went inside and came out of many places because of noise, litter and smell. Then finally found this place while I was looking for suggestion in maps. This place had amazing vibes, spacious area inside, the open tables outside. We had a couple of beers and the starters were amazing. It was too indulging. The taste was so good we had to order another one. And then it rained. Totally worth a visit to spend some quality times with friends after a long time. The cost was budget friendly comparing to what we used to pay in Chennai. Will definitely visit again.
Especially i want to review about here's porotta. Porotta was very pluffy and tasty. One of the best porotta i ever had. All items were very tasty. Prawns masala, chicken 65, chilly chicken whatever i had all of them was good in taste.
The best place for drinking you can find around thalassery. Great ambience (river side, tents in open space) low price, accessibility and parking are plus points. Food is slightly on the costly side. They have a very poor collection of beer. If you are going for hot, options are many. And you get everything for the cheapest price in India. Overall a great place to enjoy a drink and chill out with a gang. Natholi varattiyathu is a must try there.
