The Windsor Castle Leisure Hotel & Ayurvedic Resort

As we arrived at the hotel after a long drive there was no concierge to receive and guide us with the parking. The receptionist was insistent that we need to give ID proofs for all the guests even for children saying it’s hotels policy. And there was no bell boy to take us to the rooms. He just gave the keys and said ‘Normally’ all the guests check in like that! Is that normal?

When they can insist on IDs so much why can’t they have the same yardstick for hospitality also? !

Lunch buffet used to be very good before COVID, but now very hopeless. Lunch buffet menu very bad, not much choices for Rs 850/ head. Totally disappointed

Okayish experience. But they didn't keep their word on boat service. Very disappointing.

Good star restaurant. We had buffet lunch. It was classy and excellent.
When we visited the out door was flooded by heavy rain. Still we had fun. Good photo genic views. Motorized boating, pedal boating and kotta vanji are great fun.

Allotted Hall was too small for the gathering of approx 200 people. Even the food service area was too small for the number of people. Food wasn't of any great standard either. Service was lacking in terms of numbers.

Hotel / Resort with water bodies, pool, shikara, haunted house, musical cafe. Located at serine, quiet place.

The food and drinks options at Carribbean Island were terrible. The simple French fries was also messed up. But must say the ambience is superb

Hotel Staff's Rude Behavior Ruined My Day
I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory due to the extremely rude behavior of the hotel staff. The unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy exhibited by the staff members were disappointing and unacceptable.

The lack of proper training and customer service skills was glaringly evident. Instead of offering solutions or attempting to resolve issues, the staff seemed more interested in making excuses or blaming the guests for any inconveniences.

We booked this place for a wedding photo shoot. Day 1 we were treated so poorly, the staff were extremely rude they literally treated us like garbage. It was a special occasion and it was unnecessary to spoil the whole mood for us. The bride had arranged the place so all the pressure was put on her on her special day. Day 2 when tried to speak to them regarding the previous day about the unprofessional way they acted on day 1 it became more worse. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this place on your special day because they don’t kno how to treat their guest. Spoiling the most important day of a person? Very very disappointed

Place is quite calm and relaxing, good place to enjoy with family also have auditorium. Apart from this all there is a private islands which looks like a mini pub in an island. Here boating is also available.parks for children, swimming pool, green ground is also there

I booked the space for photoshoot for my engagement and wedding. I was very upset with their service. The security one with a telephone was annoying us for engagement shoot and was so rude to thr photographers and to friends of groom's side. When we went to take wedding shoot we literally started to take few pictures with bridesmaids in a property which was provided in the premise. It was like a cart there was no sign boards saying that cannot be used or anything. Two of the kids who must have weighed less than 30 kg was siting and was setting for a shoot. He came out from some where and started shouting. To be very honest he was rude, arrogant and loud. For no reason he told us to leave. I don't know who gave him that authority. Because each time we get in there we pay for it. We didn't get good output as we have paid just for taking pictures nad the results of th was unsatisfied. I went to complain about this to the reception and some one called tijo responded back to my father next day. He told that he is one of the manager. I wonder how bad the courtesy nad how a person in manger's post could behave like this to customers. He was very rude. I am not surprised now about the security's attitude. How can he learn to behave if he is under a manager like this! He was very stubborn. Even without checking the camera he was proclaiming that the mistake was in our part. He should have atleast checked it before claiming something. There was no justification given he was raising his voice when i was talking. I was wondering whether this is the way how a person talks to a lady customer. I have visited many places and this is first time i am seeing such pathetic customer service and team of management. They have a thought that they are something big. I have the evidence of the picture which they said 5 people stood on the cart. Everyone could see how lame they were in justifying things.

The great view from the balcony makes much feel and fresh to start a new beginning in a day We had a wonderful stay here. The food was delicious and tasty with a lots of wide variety choices. Staff service was good. Well maintained property. They have an awesome ambience. And Thanku for the most memorable experience with impeccable food & Hospitality. A little warm outside, but a beautiful place to sit and relax behind the hotel. Kudos & thanks to Front Office team. Overall happy experience. I'll recommend this place to everyone who looking for a peaceful day

Unacceptable and harsh behaviour from the staff. Recently booked the hotel premises for a wedding photoshoot. The behaviour and communication for the staff was very rude and dint show an ounce of courtesy. Would not recommend.

Me and my family chose a day out plan here. Went well and good.
Food was yummy and staff was very cooperative

I went to the island behind it. It was worth it. An amazing ambience with food and alcohol. Wouldn't say reasonable but ok price. Service was also good

Very nice view, good area for parking, lake side rooms are attractive, Island bar was very nice place. Nalukettu was good for functions.

A real authentic experience experienced more than what was offered. Staff is exceptionally good.
The one day leasure trip also great experience for all. A good place for Marriage reception.

This is a awesome place with plenty of space. You will get the luxury treatment as well as the traditional feel also. That’s the best thing about this place!

A lovely old, British hotel trading one back in time in nice ways. Staff have been very helpful and ready to please and meals have been good.

Nalukettu, a place on the banks of a small lake. Nestled amid a mini rain forest filled with chirping of birds and filled with shade and fruit trees. I was here attending an engagement in the evening. The ambience was very relaxing for a close family gathering. Hotel rooms and cottages are available here as well. However, I personally can not speak to how good they are.
