Nice ambience, but Kerala weather, little humid & tiring,
Less service staff, you will hear many excuses for not keeping your request,

I recently visited that left much to be desired. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the service was consistently subpar. The cleanliness of the place was questionable, making the overall experience quite disappointing. I would not recommend this place to others.

It's luxurious. Stayed for 2 days as part of a business trip. It was a wonderful experience.

The one of the most beautiful place in Kerala. It has so many activities and exploration that one can easily spend a week without leaving the place.

I came to him in 2019. It was a beautiful tyrant's reception. Yesterday, I came to a normal reception. Rather, he prevented us from filming. He refused to enter until it was time to enter. Exit 11, and we came at 9: 30.

The staff at Zuri made my stay very comfortable. They never disappoint. This was my second visit to zuri and it was worth it. The rooms were in proper shape and restaurant team were at their best as always. Surprised to see zip lining and speed boat adventure activities now available as well. The staff was great at their work and the entire experience was a memorable one. A special mention to the chef and the restaurant team. You guys Rock. Thanks a ton

Nice space, the cottages don't feel crowded. The aesthetics and archetecture is amazing. Rooms feel a bit old, but the bathrooms are bigger than the rooms.

Good us pricey but good.

Went there for lunch and the food is abysmal. The quantities are less and price is not worth the food you get.

Jan 2021- This review is for the Lime tree restaurant. We had an impromptu lunch there. The food and service were excellent. Definitely on the expensive side. Dishes we tried

Visited the resort for a lunch. Very good setting with 2 restaurants. Lime tree the all day dining restaurant offers buffet as well as ala carte. Slightly high priced menu but good food.

Good place for family gathering.nice food, helpful staff, eco-friendly, good rooms and restroom too.

A very good property i must say. The property is licated right on the main lagoon bank. There are boat ride options available.
Rooms are cottages. Some of the cottages have privates pools also but are very expensive. They range from 40k per night to 80 k depending on season. The standard cottages have an option of open air showers which gives a very natural and unique feeling.
Food options were not too great and the buffet was just about average.

The rooms are ne well maintained and also not clean. The service is slow and not according to a 5* standard they claim to follow. The venues garden and pool area is nice. Also the food is good eventough it is heavily overpriced (3times what you pay in a normal restaurant). The same applies for the alkohol they serve.

Staff is not professional, we have booked 3 Beded luxury boat, but they provided us local boat at the price of super luxury boat. Now no one takes responsibility of this mistake on their part.

The food (Lunch) inside the boat was Pathetic.

The manager have no guts to face his unsatisfied customers.

After complaining about this the manager started to offer us 2,000 compensation against the bad food quality and Local Boat against our expence of 25,000

Place is good. <br/>The service is really a concern. <br/>Completely unprofessional and does not care about the customers. <br/>Got a rotten apple in the room fruit pallette. <br/>Evn while you talk to the GM you would not get any response.
I have given a snap of the rotten apple I got from fruit platter in room. They were finding reasons to make it as our mistake as we checked on by noon and room was kept ready in morning. How can an apple get rotten in hours with a big hole.

Beautiful experience to stay here. It has man made lagoon, which gets water from backwaters. The landscapes gives amazing feeling. There are two restaurants and a bar. Food & drinks are tasty but expensive. Additionally there is a spa, swimming pool, boat ride, cycling, yoga. The rooms show signs of wear & tear and require renovations.

The resort is good, services are good, food is nice and stay is comfortable, BUT, it's extremely over priced. The lowest category is Rs 13000 per night with breakfast plus taxes. You gotta pay, at this 5 star resort, for the lunch, tea and dinner all through your nose. Only for the fun of having a ride on backwaters. Oh really.

An expensive resort, but worth the amount. Very very beautiful. We just had lunch there, did not get a chance to view the interiors

The ambience, landscaping and the absolutely placid locale is wonderful. The property is huge. You can laze around all day (beware of the famed heat and humidity, though).
However, the food leaves you thoroughly disappointed.
With its hefty price tag, go to the Zuri only if you want to unwind and do nothing else. And that nothing else includes eating.

A very good place to plan for a getaway from busy and hectic schedules. The place is calm and serene. I did love the place the stay and the food as well.

Had a horrible experience with the dinner at Zuri. The buffet had very few options and the place had a lot of insects - buffet dishes had insects sitting on them. Totally didn't expect this from Zuri. The hospitality of the staff were totally not upto the mark. I had my 2 kids and my entire family with all my inlaws and I was not offered any sort of help with my kids and was asked to sit outside with the bugs. Finally got frustrated and I found a seat for me and the kids inside. Then had to request for one more table for the rest of our family members. And to top it all the food wasn't hygienic and v all landed up with food poisoning. Had given a feedback as well but the staff were least interested in all these. Wouldn't suggest Zuri at all
