Thejaswini Houseboat

We took the 10-4pm package. We were a group of 12. It was a wonderful experience. The staff members were very friendly, sincere and very helpful. The food was awesome. They gave us a welcome drink, cooked a tasty lunch and gave us tea with snacks in the evening. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a Houseboat.

Amazing houseboat experience on the Tejaswini River and adjacent backwaters. We had taken the evening ride from 1630 to 1830. Evening snacks of tea and onion pakoras cooked and served fresh from the boat's kitchen was delicious. Sunset views were truly picture perfect.

It was a wonderful experience in Thejaswini houseboat and the credit goes to the crew for this and the main attraction was the food which was lip smacking specially the Karimeen…This trip also stands out when compared to Alappuzha or Kumarakom mainly because the waters are not much crowded with boats and the river is also not much polluted comparatively…

Highly recommended! We planned for a family get-together with around 50 members. After initially contacting Bekal Ripples, they have suggested Thejaswini Houseboat, which has a max capacity of 120 people. It has a spacious conference hall which was perfect for us as we have planned for many games and group activities. Overall, we had a fantastic time and were blown away, starting from the clear and crisp communication, warm welcome, delicious Kerala meals and fresh fish fry, and the overall experience. The boat has an upper deck as well, where we dined in. The conference hall was so spacious that we found it difficult to believe there were 50 members on the boat. If you’re planning a big event like a get-together, I suggest booking this experience with your eyes closed.

Had a wonderful experience. Great option for a one day trip with family. Quiet spacious and cleanliness maintained. Food is extravangant. Staffs were really friendly.

ഞങ്ങൾ രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂർ നേരം ഹൗസ് ബോട്ടിൽ ചിലവഴിച്ചു. ഇപ്പൊ ഇറങ്ങിയതേയുള്ളൂ. ഒന്ന് രസം പിടിച്ചു വരുമ്പോഴേക്കും ഇറങ്ങാനായി. അതിന്റെ വിഷമത്തിലാണ്. എടുത്ത് പറയേണ്ട പ്രത്യേകത: ബോട്ട് സ്റ്റാഫ് എല്ലാവരും നല്ല സഹകാരീസ് ആയിരുന്നു. ഫെസിലിറ്റീസ്ഒക്കെ അടിപൊളി. മ്യൂസിക് സിസ്റ്റം സ്റ്റീരിയോ ആക്കിയാൽ ഡാൻസ് കളിക്കാനൊക്കെ ഒരു മൂഡായേനെ. ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം ഓക്കെ.

The boat ride is a fantastic experience one should not miss out on. Specially the evening sunset. The vast expanse of water and the slow moving boats was very nice. We played our music using blue tooth it gave us very enjoyable experience.
