They serve very good coffee with very tasty food.
Also their desserts are good.

Ms Priya is very helpful & a great staff, she would give a menu recommendation if you don't know what to get.

If you come to Kottayam, you should visut this place. Worth every rupee you spent!

The first cafe in Kerala! If you order “Italian Espresso with Ice, ” you can get an iced Americano. During the few days I was traveling here, the owner treated me as a special guest. I won't forget it. Let's meet again!

I visited Third Place for trying out their gelatos. I tried their Cubano, Tiramisu, Passion Fruit and Lime flavours. All of them were amazing. But the Lime and Passion fruit stood out to me as their consistency and taste were just brilliant. I visited for the gelato but I will certainly return because of their amazing service. They had absolutely no problems in catering to a few requests of mine. The service that I received at The Third Place is unparalleled and I believe it sets it apart from most of the cafés we have in Kerala today.
This place is a must visit. Be sure to try all their gelato flavours as each one is better than the last. They also make really good coffee.

Loved the place and staff hospitality. My son loves the brownie and Russian honey cake. We always make sure to stop by every now and then.

Tbh the food was yum burgers were nice and Gelato was bussin and cute place BUT the music was too loud (we're kids yet too loud) service was horrible in every way possible

We had their garlic mayo grilled chicken with special homemade sauce and hot chocolate. The chiken dish also had french fries served along with it. The fries were really crispy and tasty and the garlic mayo they served was also very tasty. The grilled chicken was a bit too smoky but I'm a fan of that so I liked it although some people might find it too much. The quantity for the price was not too much, as expected in a cafe setup but we cant call it filling. The hot chocolate was very tasty but the quantity was less. There were a lot of other options and a wide variety of icecreams and gelatos. I'd really appreciate the different desert items they have in the menu although we had entered just for a snack. And we didn't try anything else. The ambience is very good and it's a good place to hangout and chill with people.

I walked away from this restaurant as it was stinking, lot of flies and even dead ones on the sofa and honestly by looking at their employees no one will feel like eating from this place. It was literally stinking and unhygienic. Would never recommend.

Loved the cubano flavoured Gelato. They provide lots of varieties of gelatos and have a good ambience in general.

It's a nice cosy place where you can come with your friends or family for some quality time. The service is very nice. We have no contact ordering service here. I ordered beef burger which was nice. Will surely recommend to others

Glad to have found this hidden gem in kottayam - THIRD PLACE - Kerala's first Gelateria that serves 50 variants of coffee, gelatos, semifreddo cakes, burgers, sandwiches and lots more.with its beautiful aesthetics and amazing hospitality. Really deserves a thumbs up!

Still the coolest cafe on KTYM. Only problem AC not working fully!

Wish i visited this place sooner. A very nice place to be and there is a variety of dishes available. The ambience is great. I would definitely prefer third place over tonico cafe anyday. Looking forward to visiting again.

Place looks good but was understaffed, pretty hot inside even though ac was working, we had to wait atleast 40 minutes for the waiter to take the order even though it was not so crowded (only 3 tables were occupied including our own). And worst of all our food was brought some 20 minutes apart (how can u have a meal properly if only one persons food is delivered while others are waiting for their order.) and to top it off, it was soo hot inside. It's like d air conditioning was not working and d fan was just regulating hot air. Very bad experience.

We asked for having a party at their place, they were like come, we'll see. We went all the way till there just to hear "sorry we don't do that". Bad customer experience. They had very few customers at the moment. Wouldn't suggest it. Wouldnt call it a good hangout place.

Third place is like jewel of Kottayam variety. Reeb is a special drink of them. For me it was great. I had non-veg nacho and some other dishes don't remember their name, but it's a great place for snacks. Proper parking and seating arrangements. Great for friends and families. In mid of Kottayam. Varieties of dishes are available.

I had very bad experience.the place was understaffed and the AC was not working properly.so it was damn hot inside the cafe.n plus we had to wait sooo long for our order.

One of the good place in town to hang out at night with friends and family. Good Ambience and good service too. Dessert cuisine makes them different from others similars in town. Plots to park our 4 wheels too. All cuisines, especially dessert are awesome.

Ambience and sitting position is good. It can be one of chilling place because of it's position. But menu isn't that great. Pastrees are good. And french fries are cheap. You can spend how much ever time you want there.

A cool place hangout in Kottayam. They claim to be serving original gelato and not ice cream. If so it is a one and only place in Kottayam to serve gelato. However while the drinks and gelato are good, when it comes to snacks they have gone down in quality over time. Like Popeye's chicken was a brilliant dish they used to serve. But now they have changed the quantity and way in which it used to be served making it average. Garlic veg sauté was made very bad. The veggies were over cooked and it was just a lot of tomatoes and onion. With very little brocolli and carrot pieces.
While a good place because of the ambience, location and drinks. There is scope for a lot of improvement.

One of the most cozy place for couples for a date. The place offers best ambience for a romantic meeting with very delivious menu. You will always find just enough people to keep it live but not so crowdy. Staff doesvl not bother you for ordering or spending time. Cool music always playing and plenty varieties of desserts and snackers. Highly reccomended for couples.

This is just another small but splendid chill out location in Kottayam. Beautiful interior and is just amazing. I've been here a couple of times. A little expensive for some maybe, but totally worth the cost. The gelatos are amazing. And not much of a food space. But definitely a place to spend hours just talking and snacking. Not really crowded. Great ambience and hospitality is just great. Time spent is worth the money.
