Three Roots Resort

There is no facilities which a good resort should have.
. 1) No hot water in the bathroom, we stayed here for 3 nights but couldn't take proper shower due to chilled water during a rainy season.
2) No telephone is available in the room if you want to convey anything to the staff you will have to roam around in search of them also they don't even have anyone in the reception other than a board hanging on the entry wall.
3) yah of course they include breakfast in your package if you want but yah you will have to eat whatever they will offer you. No suggestions, no options from customer side.
4) Stayed here for more than 2 nights but they will not ask you for any room services. From the check in day to check out no room was cleaned not even once.

They gave us very good expierience. The price is worthy.there are shuttle court, basketball court, swing etc. What makes it different from all the resorts is that it has a hermitage and huts.well enjoyable for family. Very good service.rooms and pools are very clean

Perfect place to stay in wayanad for family as well as friends and good behaviour and service of staffs.

We stayed for two nights to explore Wayanad. The place is well located (close to the city 60rs by auto and no noises from traffic). At the reception they helped us a lot organizing transport and giving recommendations.
The room was as good, a small issue with the toilet dif not bother and was taken care of.
We would stay again and explore Wayanad region in the dry season.

Dont Trust. Most of them are fake reviews.
1: Its not a resort, A home Stay they mentioned it as resort.
2: Entire property has 3 staff and they call themselves resort.
3: Owners are very cunning do not believe them.

Three roots stay is good & wonderful. Main thing is its friendly budget price. It's well suitable for friends & family. All rooms r clean & safe. Apart from room, outside view also beautiful. Especially during night it's so so beautiful due to greenys & lights.
Their management side like Santhiya & 2 boys (Jojo, Sharon) also too friendly and readily available for our needs.

So go for it friends!

This resort is one of the best resort in waynad District. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The receptionist (her name is Sandhya) were very helpful and friendly.

Calm and peaceful atmosphere and a nature friendly place. One of the best resorts I've visited so far.
