Thushara's Restaurant

The restaurant has been here for ages with the same kind and style of food with same taste in all seasons. I guess they have a written recipe for all culinary despite different chefs. Well mannered waiters, Well maintained hygiene.

I had chicken biriyani from here at ₹190, price is high and quantity is less. Pineapple juice costs ₹70, and half of it was just foam.

Worst experience. The workers are disrespectful. They think it is their property. The attitude is as if they are giving it for free. I had chapathi and chicken curry. Within 2 minutes, it was served. The chicken was uncooked, chapathi was hard and reheated. When, I raised the issue, they were unwilling to admit it. "He was like others are not having any problem.then what's the issue? " Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Better stay hungry than going there.

A place which gave me delicious food in an exhaustive day. Place is always crowded, but still it manages to serve you great food

Service is the worst. I never had such a bad experience as a customer. Very bad behaviour from staff.

Had a chicken biriyani parcel for high rate rs195. Below average food. Chicken pieces were not fresh or recooked.
Had a vry bad experience in a high rate. Disappointed.

Fish curry meals
Porotta beef
Tea
Chicken biriyani
Etc.

Very bad experience, the workers think that it's their property and don't have any commitment to the owner and hotel.
Please dont go, it's better be hungry than going there.

Tried chapati and paneer curry, lunch meal's. 2/5. Average taste.

So this time on 28th July 2023, Tried Butter Chicken and Kerala Parota, Lemon soda, and falooda.

Butter Chicken 2/5 Gravy was Good, but Chicken was so hard.

Kerala Parota. 3.5/5 Small Kerala Parota, but it was good.

Falooda: 0/5 The combination of everything was bad, it tasted like a medicine flavour as lots of Syrup on that, even though they charged but we left that as it is after trying a little.

Lemon Soda: 3/5 it was good but glass was so thin, that with one to 2 sip it just got over.

Over all didn't enjoyed the food or drinks, so my rating still remain 2/5.

Had mutton curry with Parata. 220/- per plate they are charging for curry in which there is two or three very small pieces of meat. Below average dish. Complained about this in the cash counter and who cares? He did' nt even listen to what I said. Another couple were there in the counter who were complaining that the chicken served was not good and they did' nt finish their meal. Nobody is there to listen and busy with collecting and counting our hard earned money.

Worst experience.flies in ac section.
Ordered mutton curry and received pieces other than proper meat.returned the plate soon and reported the issue.the acting owner (some relative of org owner) came to the table and claimed it was not their mistake. Food is below average. Don't complain about their food they will insult you no matter.zero manners. If you don't like Tusharas food then congratulate and leave or else they will misbehave.

Comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, tasty food without any artificial flavour. Nice experience.

I had a very bad experience in the last week, it was at 2pm, i happened to go there for meals, only rice given, timely supply of drinking water, curries etc not supplied with. If they have no sufficient curries, they should not entertain people for meals. Put a board there "Meals over". Very bad.

Years of experience makes them successful.
I recommend biriyani and fish curry meals.

Good tasty food. Service was fast. It’s very busy hence when I went to wash my hands I lost my seat someone else was seated.

Long waiting time for the order is a main issue.otherwise good food.
Staffs needs to be more polite.
Also parking is hard.

This is one of most trustworthy restaurant in the area. If I need to have food while passing this area I look no place other than Thushara Hotel. Mostly had breakfast and lunch. No issues with the experience at all. Be it hospitality, food quality and taste. I will recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants normal food, but good food away from home.

Meal was good. Other Chinese dishes that I’ve ordered weren’t good. And their service was not at all good.
