Extremely happy about how my engagement dress turned out to be. Staffs were friendly and understanding and they followed exactly what I wanted and my lehanga came out absolutely beautiful and it’s worth every single penny I spent. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Visited T&M to customise my wedding saree. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff helped me look through all their collection, assisted me throughout my time there and made it a unforgettable experience. The wedding saree was really stunning and I was so confident and comfortable wearing it on my big day. I definitely recommend coming to this location for amazing designs and making.

T&M provided me with an EXCELLENT service. Since I am abroad of the country, I contacted them over Whatsapp. The gown turned out to be absolutely stunning! Merlin, who assisted me in designing my attire, deserves a special THANK YOU. She was extremely patient and provided excellent customer service. I had no idea how to take measurements before meeting these people, but they made it very simple. I wouldn't be able to have this attire without the help of the T&M crew. I tried contacting other bouquets using Instagram and Whatsapp to get my outfit done, but they weren't very helpful or responsive. I highly recommend T&M to everyone since I know they always go above and beyond to make the outfit look amazing. Our whole family is a big FAN of T&M. Keep up the good work!

Impolitely behaving staff you have at panambilly nagar. We customers enquire about stuffs we need. And the replies recieved from these staffs seem lile they don't want business from normal people. You guys sustain only because of celebrities. Feels lile they are not made for shopping by normal people. Impolite, rude and super careless staff. Keeping such people in your shop, you are going to highly lose business.

I got my wedding gown done here. It is the best ever. Everything about the gown is just perfect and can't miss to say about the service. The staffs were so hospitable and professional. Visit T and M for the best outfit you could ever have.

I must say i am very disappointed by many factors
1.late response
2.they say they customize, but again they don't do simple gown options i showed them.
3.very poor customer service, i don't even know if the person i spoke to even understand what they do as a business.
4.i ask him something he responded something else

please be specific of the type of work you do.if you do only handwork on a material SAY THAT! Normally when someone says that they customize they should be able to replicate any design shown to them unless they do not have the time to complete.the person i spoke to was not even able to convey the message properly and i had to literally ask him "Can you do the designs i shared or not" for him to give me a proper response.

Had one of the best experience shopping here! Always amazing service! Realy friendly staff! The quality is good and the stiching is perfect! The pricing is perfect as the products are handcrafted and given so much detailing and attention! Staffs are very friendly!

I had a wonderful experience with T&M. I got a saree done for my sister's wedding from T&M. I'm so happy with the outfit. I love it. It was perfect and like I wanted and it was delivered on time. T and M provides a unique customer experience. They are thoroughly professional in their approach and listens carefully to the client's requirement. The design team pays meticulous attention to the details and the result is always classy and elegant outfits.

Worst experience.if we do share our feedback in instagram and if they are not satisfied they suddenly they block the customer. This is how they treat for their customer’s suggestions. Think they need to open a page only for fully satisfied customers.

My sister’s engagement and reception outfit was done from them and both the outfits were perfectly done by the team, We received many compliments for the same. The overall Service was excellent and we will be definitely coming back to you in future. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Good works and nicely stitched gown. Went there with my cousin for her wedding gown. The wedding gown was awesome.
The only point I gave a 3 star is only becoz of the non timely delivery which made us tension and time wastage, eventhough we gave the order months back. As a compensation of that they gave a discount for that.

Extremely overpriced and the designs are not even great. I mean i have no problem in spending money, but to say 45k for a plain skirt with no embroidery!

T&M has been a personal favorite for the past few years.
