Great curly haircut experience at the hands of Ranjita, the Creative Director. She was quick, understood what I asked for and was direct in telling me what worked and what didn't. 4 stars though, because the hair wash could've been more thorough.

They told me they don't cut hair of children under 10. My own friend bought her 5 year old to cur her child's hair. I didn't knew someone can lie for trivial matters. If they were understaffed they could have told on the face. Sad!

I got a very excellent hair cut. I went for a layer cut, but since I had very thin hair, my stylist suggested that it would be a wrong choice to go with layers, hence kept my hair straight at back and did some front layers. Also they gave me a very relaxing hair wash and head massage. Really loved the way my hair looked.

There is a reason I would go for a haircut to Toni and guy even if i am visiting kochi just for a couple of days! Alex, who cut my hair did such a great job! I as always, love my haircut and it was a beautiful one this time too. Gaurav deserves a promotion for the hair wash that he gives! Omg, i was so relaxed after that wash. Thankyou so much for the wonderful experience.

Screwed it up.would be an understatement! It seems they are more inclined on services for women. The guy who did my hair was saying okay for everything and gave a lot of trivial hair advice. He said ammonia is good for hair, and when we both knew he screwed up, he said my face shape is oval.

Very unprofessional got the top stylist here and don’t even knows how to do a beard properly they messed it up and I had to trim all the way to zero.

Lopess hair stylist did a great cysteine treatment. And he adviced me how to maintain your hair after treatment. I've referred toni & guy to my friends.

Service was good. But pricing compared to even Bangalore Toni and guy is much higher. Pricing is not transparent. They will charge you more if you don't speak up. Totally unfair to negotiate after you get serviced.
