Did haircut once and it was ok. After I went couple of times and came back due to lack of appointment.

Keratin treatment only last 2months even i used the product they provided.over priced service.initially looks good.hair cut was awsome.

I felt so happy by the service provided by Tony and guy. Especially prashanth who did hair colouring for me. He was so patient to hear what the client needed. So a special thanks to him.

The services and facilities were superb. I went for colouring on my hair. They took four hours to do this on my shoulder length hair. But the fact is I couldn’t find any noticeable difference on my hair after washing my hair. Even my husband or family member couldn’t find any difference. They styled my hair very well but the colour they did was very poor. I went to colour my not for styling.

Went to colour my hair. It was veryy expensive and it wasn’t visible at all! Not at all worth it

Today had a great experience at Tony and guy thodupuzha.am so thankful to my hair stylist ASIF, for his valuable effort and time. He did such a wonderful work. He was so kind and helpful throughout the session, he explained me very well about the hair treatment and how to maintain in future to reduce hair problems. The location was nice and the facilities were fine. But the person I was assigned to saying he was the top stylist never felt like a top one. He had no suggestions or advices. The whole point of selecting a top guy is to hear his styles. The cut was average.

Good experience and customer friendly approach. Proper treatment to hair after individual consultation. Completely satisfied with the work of my hair consultant and stylist Mr Rohit. Great job

Very bad experience. Our appointment got cancelled just because we were late for 10 mins! At least they could have informed us about this 'new policy' before we arrived. They were waiting to see us 'in person', I guess!

This is my first time at toni &guy Essensuals. Had a great experience at the saloon with stylist Rajesh. He did a marvellous job and also very friendly person. All staff are very friendly.i’m very satisfied with their services.

The best hair cut I've had since 2018. I have made up my mind to not go anywhere else for my hair issues. Wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere, nice and clean, amazing service. Worth every penny spent

Went for haircut today.it was ok. But their business practice was very disappointing. I booked hair cut with their basic stylist and they gave me slot for 11 AM. After haircut they have billeed for 800 and told me the styleist was senior stylist not basic stylist. What's the point of taking booking if you are not going to keep your word.

Havee the basic decency to inform customer beforehand.

I explicably mentioned for basic stylist as their top/senior stylist does the same job. Second time they are swindling me like this, not recommended

The saloon is very fantastic. For my haircut, I went there. The stylist performed an excellent job and offered some helpful advice. The employees all are amicable. I will surely recommend Toni and Guy.
