Being in Kochi TONY AND GUY lulu mall do not have someone who can speak Malayalam is such a short coming. The English speaking staff blatantly denied my request for a Malayalam speaking staff over the phone and offered me no fort here service.

Truly disappointed.

The Toni &Guy in Lulu mall is kept clean and organized. Everyone who works there is super friendly And always giving a great service. Even when it’s super busy they take their time! They did an amazing Service for me. I am very pleased with my visit!

Their talented hair stylists provide all the basic services like hair cutting and salon with all its care and detailing as well as the more fashionable hair colouring and stylings. However one of the important aspects of choosing a salon or parlour is its costumer servicing and the ambience in which we can easily relax. So I definitely suggest you to take a visit, do a haircut and be more confident just by simply sitting and relaxing to their soothing ambience.

Got keratin treatment done here, extremely happy with the result. Very pleasant atmosphere. Pricing is is more than reasonable. I especially recommend.

I wanted to bleach my hair and remove all the yellow pigments and they were super nice and spent a lot of time (they even stayed overtime as well) to help me get what I asked for, and they delivered really well. I'm very grateful for the patience Nitu, my stylist, had with my hair even when it was getting difficult to get the colour I wanted with my hair because I had a previous bleach and colour. Definitely recommend.

Had to ask to atleast clean chair which was full of hair from previous cut, not satisfied with the haircut style, didn't even gave bill after payment. They charge as per senior stylist but seems like they have trainees who doesn't know the job covid protocol not followed properly

Don't waste your time and money for the egoistic personnel to have normal haircut which are exorbitantly charged.

There are many excellent saloons in the city where you get great service and ambience with fraction of the cost.

They made me wait a good 2 hours for a hair cut even after taking an appointment. And the hair cut is very bad and the standard is nowhere near the tony& guy salons I have been before. Really disappointed

Called up an hour ago to check if they were open. Never did they mention that they had no openings for the entire day. I had to travel for 30 min, arrived here to know that they could not cut my hair as there was no slots available. They could have informed this when I called. Poor service.

I have done keratin treatment 3 yeasr back and I have not yet fully recovered from the hair damage caused by that. ONLY for the FIRST 3or4 months your hair will be smooth and shinier but after that I swear those you done that will regret.
For every customer they'll suggest only keratin treatment no matter what the hair type is.remember! There're charging 9k+ from each customer

KERATIN IS A CHEMICAL TREATMENT WHICH USES HARMFUL CHEMICALS LIKE FORMALDEHYDE, THOSE ARE PLANING TO GET IT DONE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT OR ATLEAST DO A RESEARCH ABOUT WHAT YOUR GOING TO DO.

The haircut was okay but for what they charge you, I would expect much better. The local saloons that offer similar haircut and washing, charges only a fraction of this. Really, not recommended unless you really want to spend more money on similar haircut you could get from any other saloon. The corona precautions were very good.

Very professional and best service delivered. I had been for hair cut and Mr Suman was the hair stylist, he patiently heared me out and examined my hair quality before hair cut. Whenever i had been here I have got the best hair cut.

It was an awful experience for me when i went there to do my threading and haircut with my friend. I enquired at the reception.they told me to wait.sat there for half an hour, front office girl was not at all bothered about me so far, finally the most worst staff i got to thread my eyebrows MS. PEMA. I'm spending a lot for a simple threading and she wanted to do it in her own way.doesn't want to listen to me.
And the hairspa, there was no proper application of the cream, there was no massage.it was just like a hair wash with some shampoo. (i have got the information from the most unprofessional front desk girl that it will be 20 min). I just cannot imagine such a unprofessionalism.i have shared my experience with my friends too.because i want to let them know the negative attitude of the staff.

One of your staffs who threaded my eyebrows, her name is Ms. Prema, ruined my eyebrows. This is the second time they did experiment on my eyebrows. Please do not provide threading facility if your staff is inefficient to do it. This is not an easy task to maintain eyebrows beautiful always. I'm too much concerned about my eyebrows and I take special care of it. Pathetic service.

I'm a regular customer and I'm not happy with the front desk person (riya). I walked into the shop and asked for an appointment and got one for later an hour on the same day. I spent an hour having lunch and when returned she asked me to wait another hour. When I asked reason she said the staffs are busy. She doesn't have a systematic way to handle customers. What's the whole point of appointment then?

The worst experience ever, from the name of the brand I thought I will have a professional skilled staff but absolutely not, my hair is curly in nature and they just make it worse, it should be a blow dry hair but they don't know what they were doing like it's first time to deal with such hair! And every one were looking at my hair like it's their first time! This behavior I can expected from any average salon but not a salon that it should be a brand, what a waste of time!

Having short curly hair it's real hard for me to get what i actually want when go for haircuts. Had an amazing experience here. The stylist listened to what i wanted and did a really nice job.

Good service from the guys who did to me the service. But the front office was a bit rude the way of talking doesn’t make u feel comfortable it’s like you want ok if you don’t want ok. *it’s was guy*. The manicure and pedicure guys were lovely as well the blow dry apart from that liked the results.suggest u guys to try there as well very clean.

Tony & Guy is good salon at some places but the one in Kochi is not. Don't visit! The hair dresser appointed to me was unprofessional and in just 10 mins I had my hair cut.
