Got my nails done (gel extensions) on Sunday evening and it's all gone by today. It looked good but they claimed for it to stay for around 1 month. Extremely disappointed with the life of it. What a waste of 2.5k + taxes.

If you are ready to pay the premium price, visit toni and guy, it is worth it. The one who did my hair was Vinesh and he did an excellent job! Have always been a customer of theirs and will surely continue.

One of the worst experience I ever had. Just got out of this place thinking what kind of standards they keep. Called them up and booked for an appointment at 5 PM. Reached there sharp at 5 and was told to wait for 5 minutes. That wait lasted for 45 minutes with me asking them multiple times. The owner did not care and did not even bother to attend my question. At 5: 45, I told them I am leaving (I am not a short tempered guy, so I didnt bother to raise my voice but I told myself I will never visit this place). The highlight of all this was that even when I told them that they can cancel my appointment and that I am leaving, they still did not care.

Kept me wondering how Toni and Guy as a corporate ensured that their stores followed proper standards. Probably I will write them and ask.

Worst service For beena, 1week back I did hair colour, Hair colour fastly fardout and skin allergies also came worst service, Hair wash also not Properly,

Really loved the haircut I had. The service provided was exceptionally good. The ambience was great and the service was provided in a very hygenic manner. Will surely recommend it to all my friends.

It's really sad that you are even ready to even lie that a customer has not bought any products from you just
to safeguard your so called reputation. We bought 2 products from you, one clear scalp shampeeling and wella luminous smoothening treatment. When the idea is only to make money and safeguard reputation, you guys proved that a salon business would even stoop down to tell lies that a customer hasn't bought their products at all.

Cost are very high, service is just OK. For first time there's nothing to attract like any concessions or any kind of welcoming package. Same cost ther are other saloons offering best customer service no I won't recommend this place. Although we purchased as well above 3k, there was still no concessions given.

I visited here for haicut. Haircut was done by Beena (Top stylist). She was so amazing and professional. She also gave more suggestions to maintain good hair. Thank you so much for such an amzing new look. Really loved it.

Ruben was very professional, took very good care and gave importance to our need but also gave some good suggestions.

Loved the services and the staff were super kind. I had to be there for a long time cuz of the hair colouring process but everyone there was super patient and efficient.

I am delighted I found Toni&Guy in my town. Due to COVID restrictions, I had to resort to YouTube and did a self - styling of my hair, which landed in utter disaster. Stylist Beena is a real saviour! She proved that no hair mess is mess enough for her. Their attitude is also commendable. Right from that cheerful guy at the front desk, all the way to the others inside, they are warm and welcoming. Certainly a place worth your time and money.

Recently me and husband did bridal and groom make over for our wedding at tony and guy palakkad. Mine was done by Mrs. Beena and his was by Mr. Ragesh. Both of them did thier job perfectly well and it was amazing. Thier behavior and treatment was so nice. Mrs. Beena understands what we really want and she always make the person comfortable. We personally thank both of them and the entire tony and guy group. Our overall experience was wonderful.

This was my first visit to Toni&Guy. I read the reviews first and booked an appointment for hair cut. They did a great job on my dull looking hair and the haircut he gave me was really impressive. Also, he showed me how to blow-dry your hair properly and every step was explained very politely. Thank you very much.

I did haircut for my son, he is 3: 30 yrs old.i had a bad experience for his haircut.proffesional and senior person only did haircut.i think for kids.this place is not suitable at all.very sorry to post this.take more care when u do haircut for kids.
