Went in for scrunching my frizzy wavy hair. Had the worst experience. First, the hair dresser was not even aware of the differences between variety of hair spa in their brochure. Scrunching was done without any primer, scrunch cream, hair gel. It was done with a normal hair serum and a scrunch dryer. Literally no effort was taken to curl the hair with hair or cream. It was more of a hair wash i usually take at home with shampoo, conditioner and hair serum.

I was really impressed with the service and staff behaviour. Ms. Merina was very courteous and friendly. She also suggested all do' s and don'ts. It was truly wonderful experience getting my pedicure done there.

Usually i had good experience in the past but last time, my hair was done nicely but my beard wasn't done as i expected. Cost as everyone knows as compared to others very high.

Go see Mini! She is fantastic and did a great job on my kids hair. Very patiently handled. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%.
And the place is very pleasant.

I visited this salon after a gap of 2 years (last time I had a terrible experience). I was a little skeptical whether it will be the same as last time. But to my surprise, they gave a really good service. Nikhil was my stylist and he gave me a nice haircut and beard styling.

Today was my first visit to TONI&GUY for my daughter's hair style with nail polish and wife's pedicure.friendly and professional staff they all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how hair came out! Highly recommend

The senior stylist guy is the worst. I've never had such a bad haircut my entire life. I'll have to wait for atleast 2 months to step out of my house. And had to pay freaking 3000 plus for this service. Never go to that guy for haircuts.

The customer service was very bad. I had to book a wedding appointment with my friend today.but the lady staff there was busy and did not even ask what was going on. Is this how to treat a customer? Such a bad experience.

Today was my first experience at Toni&Guy and absolutely loved it. I was styled by the top stylist Tressa and she did an amazing job!

Extremely unprofessional. First they say you have to wait even though they had only 2-3 customers in the salon and then they inform that they dont provide all services because of "customer complaints". Not recommended at all.

Toni&Guy is a well known salon, however the service provided for me was unsatisfactory. Hope they’ll start keeping/building the reputation of the company.

I wish to complain about services which I have done on 21/7/21 recently which are hair coloring, smoothening and a haircut in vazhuthacaud outlet

I am complaining because none of the services had any result rather poor result on my hair and I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. My hair doesn't have a pinch of color my fringe cut looks like I had some accident and burned my hairs and keratin did no result. It was too evident that anyone who looked would tease and laugh at my appearance, they ruined it completely.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the manager of the store the next day and mentioned my dissatisfaction on the same day and later contacted and send my hair video to the GM as at your company, and was told a refund will be credited from the day since. I believe that this response is unfair because its already around 1 month or more and the main reason I came for was for a quality hair experience on the name of the esteemed brand. And none of my hair service was upto the mark and its in a way I need to wait another 6 months for it to return back to normal. Even though they offered me other services or redo of the services, its bad for my hair health and I don’t have any confidence in the company anymore. On top of all this I had multiples times talked to the manager and GM on the issues. Respecting my time, energy and effort I am spending on this, at-least they should have refunded the amount. Comparing other saloons on the vicinity Tony and Guy essensuals are taking more for their services for the quality they ensure. After promising partial refund, now they are not even responding to the messages.
It is the worst experience I have ever faced in my life, I will surely spread this message to everyone I know, so please don't ever opt for them

Service is exceptionally good, but painfully slow. The stylist spent almost 45 minutes just on shaping the sides, during the haircut. Although the result was worth it, i personally felt bored during the haircut.

Extremely poor service, worst parlour I have gone ever in my entire life. The people there dont know anything. They over heated my hair while smoothening, I went there with a complaint and they did a re do.still it was not ok. Because my hair was completely damaged and burnt. Then i checked this in some other parlour and they confirmed my hair is burnt. I was totally devastated.please don't go there go to some other parlour. They will take money and such a bad service.

Got a clean up ritual facial and it was absolutely fantastic. It was so relaxing that I even took a 10 min nap. So refreshing. And highly professional and excellent service by Miss Jinu. Nice one! Cheers.

Went for balayages. But got a local top to bottom highlights which also is dirty and oceans apart from the color i chose. Then first time she messed up and she asked me to come again aftr 3 days. I went and again did the same terrible thing with a different color. By the end of two sittings my hair was pulled out so much that i told this is perfect and ran away from there. Never ever going to tony and guy again. It looks terrible and i look like someone with lot of grey hair applied mehandi. And this destruction was 9520 rupees.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Toni & Guy and The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant.

I am v disappointed with the hair cut I got from this place, the worst one so far.not worth the price at al.i dnt mind paying if its worth but they cud nt do justice to a simple blow dry as wel.v disappointed.never gonna visit again.

They literally destroyed my hair. I asked them to cut a little but they literally made it to my shoulders. I can see the uneven hair. They didn’t do anythng for the price. The reception guy has no respect. Somebody should teach him how to behave to customers. Afterall we are paying u all. Never ever select the stylist. Bcs is of no good. Will never come to this shop ever again. Will never recommend it too

Got really bad experience. Unprofessional and inexperienced staffs. Especially the one who handles threading (Sreeja and their manager an idiot). I felt really insulted. How can a brand like toni&guy have these kind of ppls.shame

Not worth taking anyone else apart from basic stylist. The creative stylist or senior stylist doesnt listen to what you want and also they are never trendy with times.

Went in for a hair spa which lasted 20 minutes. Only the head massage was good. And it cost me 2142 including taxes. There was no steam or anything complete waste of my money.
