Pathetic service! Something have changed, was one of my favourite salons in Kochi. Has become highly irresponsible, booked an appointment and on arriving they did not have a single staff to attend. On questioning the staff speaks as if its my fault for taking an appointment. Do not recommend at all!

I gone there with lots of expectation my hair is very fine so I was carefully choosen that place by seeing all the reviews. I opted for top stylist but he doesn't seems like he is interested in cutting my hair he doesn'tshown any enthusiasm. After the hair cut I felt my hair same as like I cut it from a local saloon after the hair cut my hair gives a illusion of becoming more thinner. I felt so sad. No bouncy effect nothing.now my hair fells so flat. No interesting factor. Very sad part is the money I gave for this cut. For this money we expect more consulting and suggestions from a hair dresser but very disappointed. I didn't like the experience of kaloor tony and guy. But threading was good and very less pain only

I am extremely happy with their service. Stylist Amod did haircut and botox hair treatment for me. He is well experienced and skillful.he patiently tried to understand what I wanted.and the final look was exactly how I wanted it to be.would definitely recommend this salon.

Veera did an amazing job. Attention to detail, professional and creative. Friendly staff and quick response.

Senior stylist Mahesh Thakur did a beautiful job. He was very gentle while washing, drying, and combing my hair.

But the hygiene of the hair wash area needs to be improved. There were tiny hair cuttings all over the seat and sink from a previous customer.

Had a good experience, would definitely recommend Veerakumar for a hassle free haircut and beard trim.

Really bad service! I wish to not even give 1 star. Not attentive and causal with customers time, not expected from Toni&Guy. Kindly visit elsewhere if you would like to feel valued as a customer.
I saw no Toni or any Guy step up to own and face the customer, rather all they did was hide behind pillars and go in to check and never come back.
Another customer complained while I was ranting at the reception, that his mother was told to wait and they forgot to get back to her. One positive thing they did was ‘taking money’ from customers - very quick

I am extremely pleased that you mentioned that I did not have an appointment, so clearly you guys are not positioned to handle walk-in customers and thank you for stating that loud and clear. Only when I was walking away there were 3 staff ready to give an haircut. Request this branch to specifically develop capabilities to handle walk-in or let customers know in advance that it’s not possible without prior appointment. Do not commit and under deliver that sucks!

He is a talkative and earnest person. I had not cut my hair for a couple of months, so it was long and unruly. So my brief to him was make me look like a hero, but he told me he had seen a cut on Instagram where someone had made a homeless guy look good! He tried that on me and my wife said I looked like an idiot!
And the experience cost me 1,200 rupees! What else can I say!

Worst hair cut ever. They don't know anything about a haircut. Took the charge for an expert and made a novice cut my hair. Pathetic.

The quality of service is pretty good. Hairdressers especially are talented and are worth considering in kochi. I continue to visit every month. Thanks a lot for consistently ensuring that my experience is good here.

Best place in Cochin to have your hair cut or anything to do with hair. Veera was assigned to me, besides cutting and caring for hair, he knows whats best for your scalp, hair and beard. As a guy he is fast and really precise, he gets you in and out pretty quick. I will definitely recommend it to others.

It was staff Sefora, she had given a good service overall. She was polite and friendly. Overall it was a really good experience.

They burnt 14-15 inches of hair due wrong mix of products. I went to get my hair tips coloured and they burnt off the hair due to poorly trained staff. Had the worst experience here. I went after reading the positive reviews. However, they do not care for loss they cause to their customers. Please read the negative reviews to get a more accurate idea of the staff and service offered by this branch.

It was a great service. My hair was pretty damaged due to previous smoothening from other hair salons.i had doubts whether they could do it as my hair was frizzy and damaged but it was all cleared when Arif started working on my hair.he was very gentle with my hair to the point where I dozed off. The result was beautiful and it was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely go there again. A big thank you to Mr. Arif and the other staff members.

For a person like me that's particular about grooming, finding a good hairstylist to do both the hair and the beard was important. This place just made it easy for me in Kochi. I appreciate the cleanliness, the punctuality and the fact that they treat you well. However, it's best when it's not too busy so you can enjoy a peaceful session of grooming! So get an appointment! I strongly recommend Nitesh for a good experience. Gosh, he's really good! Glad we've got such talented people to help us look good!

The best service you can access in and around cochin city. Following all COVID protocols. Extremely neat and clean accessories used and friendly staffs around. Also worth mentioning the service of Senior stylists Dhiksha who is talented and felt so happy my hair makeover. Worth every penny spend!

They said professional hair cut n was supposed to give me a layered cut instead reduced my hair length to shoulder length n no layering. My hair turned bad to worse.don't go to this tony n guy

Very bad experience at Tony and guy essuntials Kaloor. The hair stylist from which i had my services done claims to be the top stylist there. Even though some of the staffs where very much aware of the safety precautions, the top stylist didn't even use gloves throughout service and neither wore mask properly, we go to these kind of saloons for the safety and they lack safety in every aspect.
They don't even check temperature and sanitise customer hands.
To the people who are really bothered about safety, I would recommend a big no to this place.
I got zero value for money.
I feel i would have got better service than this somewhere else just by paying 10% of what i paid here.

Strange Ownership, Expensive and not Customer Friendly:
I have got my hair cut here for months now since it was close to home and the haircuts were decent though terribly expensive. One day I asked the main guy (manager or owner) if someone would be able to come to the house and cut hair for my mother who is 89 and bed bound. He said fine just call. Well one day I called him about the haircut and he asked me strange questions like which state I am from - Gujarat? I asked him what that had to do with anything. Well he said he would call me back as soon as a stylist became free and he never called me back. This is the kind of decency you get in this high-priced place. They just lost another paying customer.

The top stylist was the only available option when I went there, and was really disappointed with the hair cut he gave me.

I’m one of those hair customers with complicated needs since I have two different colors in my hair and don’t easily trust anyone to do it. But since I’ve been away from my home and regular stylist for 3 1/2 months and had grey hair root grow out I had to finally give trust to the unknown. I’m so thankful for Pratik. He’s amazing! I put my hair in his hands and he exceeded beyond my expectations. I can very highly recommend this salon and in particular Pratik! Thank you
