Very bad service. Not paying attention to customers choice, doing something to get ash. Charge is too much. Not paying attention to customers satisfaction.

My hair stylist was Subu. Her approach was really professional and the service was too good. She also give me some tips to care my hair while leaving. Thankyou Subu for making my hair beautiful. I had a great experience at Tony and Guy Parlour! The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a haircut that was exactly what I had hoped for. The salon itself was modern and stylish, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that the products used during my haircut were top-quality and left my hair feeling great. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tony and Guy Parlour to anyone looking for a high-end salon experience.

Can't say enough about this Barber shop. Definition of professionalism and come out fresh every time. Love for their creative director Arjun and the way they conduct business. There's a reason why so many people are behind him and supporting like this.

Hair cutting for my son was done here.my rating would be only 4 because, cutting lacks perfection.

Honestly I had visited this place for my haircut and it was pretty decent hence decided to visit again for waxing and threading with my family. My experience was horrible I must say. Absolutely unprofessional. She was extremely harsh on my skin and every time it felt like someone slapping me. Her work was absolutely incomplete. She was least bothered to check if it was done neat and I had to point out almost all the left out places.
All she wanted was to just finish the work as soon as possible. I’ve been doing waxing for years and this is not my first time, so I know what a professional waxing is like.
I come home and realise that I have blood clots in my hand- that’s how harsh she was. And it’s my first time getting a blood clot post waxing, watching them do and going through all the pain I should’ve much expected.
And when I paid the bill they charged me 1900 and mentioned full body waxing when I asked them, they said that’s how they mention for hand and leg which is new to me and I couldn’t check will the catalogue because I was really in a hurry.
Also I have to mention that 3/4th hand is their full hand and I had to force them to complete it and make it neat.
I would never want to visit this place again

I went for hair smoothening and he suggested for a botox hair treatment and it went like incredibly beautiful it took all my frizziness, split-ends and also looks supernatural and also it made my hair look more natural. Had an excellent hair cut for the kids. Totally satisfied and kids loved their new haircut! Recently a horrible hair cut from another Toni&guy in Thrissur for the kids. They messed up the hair and was worried. Now the makeover is just awesome. Rates are very reasonable compared to other Toni&Guy in town. Totally worth it.

Very good hair cut/hair spa experience. Stylist Manisha was able to recommend styling, hair spa was very relaxing and one of the best I had in Thrissur. Keep up the good work.

Not happy with hair colour expertise. I did balayage style with reddish brown. They said they are using 40 volume developer and my hair colour will lift and stuff like that. Nothing like that sort happened. Final effect looked like a few streaks of brown hair (already my hair was light brown). I paid 7000 rs for nothing. I don’t recommend to go there if u are looking for a high end hair colour with layers of definition.
But waxing experience was good.

Although toni&guy is a good salon, the one here charges a lot compared to The Tony guy in ikkanda warrier road. Service is also good in the other salon. Here they charged 400/- for simple kids haircut which was just 150/- in the other salon.

I visited to get a facial and hair keratin treatment. My stylist Manisha did a very good job in treating my hair, and she explained all of my queries about the process and about the after care. It's very reassuring to know that your stylist knows what they're doing.

Their organic facial was also good. They don't just do your face, a nice neck and shoulder massage was also included. The lady who did my face and brows, I don't remember her name, she did a great job.

The cost for my hair treatment (hair length neck level) came at around 8000/- including tax. The organic facial was around 2500/-

Manisha did a great job in bridal makeup for an evening reception look. That's the only good thing happened to us there.
For guest makeup, we asked for saree draping which went totally wrong. The draped the sare in such a way that the saree falls (border lining) was outside and the actual border was inside. It was a disaster. They didn't even apologise for what they did and instead they were whining back to us. Experience with the malayali staff was really bad.

The service of the peoples was good.but after the dandruff treatment i start my hair loss very much.when i touch my hair lot of hair come with my hand.i never experience this much of hairfall in my life.it makes me too mad and tensed.i dont preffer anyone to do it.

These guys are amazing they are doing wonders. My hair was too frizzy and not in a good shape for years. I went so many hair salons and my hair becam even worse.last December I went there, They suggested me to do keratin treatment.the manager who helped me explained about this treatment and the stylist who's skilled and friendly assured me to give a complete makeover on my hair which looks like a steel scrub. After all the process that took 2 hours I was shocked seeing my hair! Hair was looking straightened and he said it won't last like this, the hair comes to looks like natural curls with healthy texture. I'm writing this review today with a thankful heart for giving my hair a new life. Lots of love

Though the owner ship keeps changing, the place is neat and clean and staff do a great job.but their charges are exorbitant and they add 18%gst to the total amount and don't give the bill.so make sure to collect the bill.
