The work they do is average which is fine as long as they don't charge so much. The employees in this particular branch were really weird, they kept trying to get my wife and I to try the most expensive and unnecessary hair treatments and facials (probably because they get a commission?). And sadly they have this stupid habit of talking in their native language between them while we were speaking. For Sasthamangalam I would recommend people go instead to krazaa which is close by. The employees there are very friendly, they change less and do a much much better job.
I had my hair coloring highlights done by Nithesh & I was really happy with his work. He did a great job, taking into account all the details I gave him.

Amazing service! Surprised, I found this place so late. Haircut and beard trim by Nitesh - well trained well spoken well aware of client requirements and provided good feedback on how to maintain the look. Pedicure, facial and Manicure by Maya - very dedicated, took enough time on each service and was not in a hurry. Highly recommended!
Super expensive and plus the hair color I preferred the stylist mentioned it required bleach, obviously it did not. Unsure if he really was an expert because I had paid extra for a professional expertise. This was at Kuravankonam.
Will not visit again. Too expensive for a simple haircut. If it was good I would not mind. I have to go to a different place to correct it. And the place is so unclean. No waste management and no sterilization of comb and scissors. Will never recommend

I had very experience with my Brightening Facial I can't even see any changes on my face. They charged 4000 for this facial + 750 for GST. They change your mind with talk and polish. I am not suggesting here. Waste of Money+ No Result in facial

Kinda don't want many people to discover this branch because its very good. Shubho, my stylist took great care of me and gave me one of my favourite haircuts. Poonam with the head massage was wonderful as well
Dont know what the hoopla and hype is about this service. Totally contrary experience unlike all the reviews posted. Very disappointed in getting my hair done today. Firstly the stylist could not understand what I required, when I asked the manager if the stylist assigned knew his job, I was reassured that he was their top sales person. Used hot hair curlers when it was not required, messed up the hair style. Had no idea what was required. Not sure why they charge such high prices for services they are not adept at. Will most certainly not recommend, even though they offered me a discount! Stay away if you want to style your hair!

Went for a normal haircut. Done beard trim also. And the bill was Rs. 1239 In the bill it was mentioned as "Top specialist" charges 850rs+ tax I seriously don't understand what is the difference between the haircut done by a normal person and top specialist. Anyways, concluded to never revisit Toni & Guy.
I have been here for a haircut. The staffs were so welcoming though i did not have an appointment while their other branches asks for one. Mr. Dipu has made a custom cut which is satisfactory. However for some reason the styling isnt the same after the first wash. Overall, I appreciate this branch for their welcoming and customer friendly services.

Visited T&G bridal studio Sasthamangalam last day. Had a great experience with the services provided by Mr Suvo (hair botox) and Ms. Susita (facial). Literally, I had no idea on the treatment to be taken for my super messy hair. Suvo recommended doing hair botox treatment which would help to resolve almost all problems of my hair. The entire process took morethan 5 hours and he single handedly done the whole procedure with 100% commitment. My hair is having a very fine texture now. Same with the facial service as well. Mine is very sensitive skin and Susi recommended a facial service for sensitive acne prone skin.she claimed good results since all the products they use are organic.extremely satisfied with their services and waiting for the results.

Highly expensive. They charged Rs. 2006/- for hair cut and shaving for 2 person. I went there becoz of the brand name with expecting that will get a better/stylish hair cut. But all went vain.
