Usually, I don't write any reviews or comments on any products or shops. However, I believe that on this occasion, it would be not just unfair but unjust if I don't leave feedback. I am living in the UK (doesn't matter). I wanted to give a nice present to my brother's newborn twins. I called different shops in kothamangalam and i noticed that they are not helpful on this occasion.

Finally one of my cousins suggested toys mall. I called and one Mr Ali picked the call and i explained my situation he has straight away given their office mobile number and started sending the details of the product. I asked lots of questions without hesitation he explained everything nicely.
They spent lots of time and effort between their busy schedule communicating with me. I was extremely pleased when they surprised me when they delivered the product in 1 hrs time.

Good service very nice shop The staffs and the store manager are so friendly so that we get a nice experience than ordinary shopping. Its always better to shop from toys and gift.they also have a good parking area and good atmosphere for everyone. Over all my experience in the store was good

Me with my wife went to the shop to buy a Rubics cube and we bought 3 toys and now we planning to visit continually after our amazing shopping experience here.

Full of surprises. The toys are here unique and rare and durable. I don't think most of the toys avilable here are not available even at big game shops like Hamleys or Crossword. Some of the toys are I'm seeing it for the first time.

For the quality most of them are really sturdy and durable. It can't beat the big brands for sure, but for the price tag, it's the best you can get.

Price is way way low. The way they treating customer is a treat. Happy to attend the customer and display the toys in action.

100% recommend for kids and adults as well if you are into toys. It's worth it.
