I ordered Pad Thai and Gobi Manchurian. The pad thai was good but the later one was pathetic, if u like non spicy food this is a better choice.

We ate fish in banana leaf for dinner and came back for another meal the day after. Food well prepared and the view is really nice.

A chill place, with delicious food. Excellent and kind service. Especially Dil, the sweetest person in this restaurant. Extremely hospitable and friendly. A must-visit.

The staff in this place is pathetic (lighter tone, actual is beyond words). We were 11 people and were not allowed to sit in front as we were in group. We were asked to vacate the palace or sit at the back. This people here are racist. Even the manager/owner did not budge after our protest which shows management supports this practice. Please avoid this place if you do not want to feel embarrased.

Very bad place. Please don't visit here. Foood is not at all good. They have 100 items on their menu, but only 10 will be available. Even the ones available are not good. Not worth it. There are better places in just walking distance

The staff at this place was pathetic. We went in a group of 11 including kids and they didn’t allow us front tables mentioning that they won’t allow family to sit. The manner in which the staff behaved was super rude. Not a place recommended at all

Good restaurant at varkala north cliff. Staff are very friendly n attentive. Food was good and taste was awesome specially the fish. Price wise its competitive like other cafe.but you are getting good view n food that's matter! Overall nice experience

The view and location are good, as is for most cafes at Varkala. Service is decent. I have heard that their coffee is a must try, did not get a chance to try it though.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the momos and the stir-fry dishes. The prices were also very reasonable.

The view of the ocean was also breathtaking. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal with a stunning view

It is one among the cliff side resturants at Varkala, Trivandrum, Kerala. The restaurant is about one Kilometre away from the parking lot (helipad) which is a drawback.
Regarding their food, it is a bit overpriced when compared to some others. A chicken sizzler cost about 400-450 which, in my opinion is not worth more than Rs. 250-300 and the item was poorly made. Some food items are OK.

Staffs are very hospitable. Respond very quickly. Always check on whether we are comfortable and enjoying or not. Best food with affordable price. Must try sizzlers & steaks (beef specifically). Momos are authentic & too good. For pork & beef lovers this is the place u need to go & u won't be disappointed. Continental breakfast is very good, specifically the stuffed omlette. Sandwich is awesome. All together all the food is cooked with love and taste heavenly. Must try their mocktails & cocktails. Ambiance is very soothing, view is nice, specious & comfortable. Definitely we are going to visit whenever we are here. Loved this place.

Great ambience, best place to watch the sunset. We asked them to make paranthas which were not on the menu, they were fantastic. Calming Tibetan music too. Great experience!

Ambiance was really nice but food was disappointing. We ordered lasagna, masala fries which wasn't that tasty. Paneer tikka was decent.

Wide menu with different cuisines. Food we had was always nice. Apart from a papaya lassi which had hard lumps of fruit in it!

It's a good restaurant, food is good & they also have german bakery type of stuff with good quality. The view is very nice. You have to cross half of the cliff to reach at this restaurant & you can also walk from black beach side of cliff.

Upon entering i was told all tables next to the sea are reserved. A foreigner walked in, and when he asked if he can sit, they said no problem! This is blatant racism.

The waiter was quite rude, and quite literally banged a sealed bottle of water on the table. Didn't bother to even open it.

About the food itself, i ordered grilled fish in butter garlic sauce. I have never had a more unimaginative and tasteless fish. I had to ask for a mayo dip. It was one tiny squeeze of mayo. The waiter refused to serve more dip.

All in all, this place seemed pretentious, over rated and needlessly expensive. If the condescending service doesn't turn you off, the tasteless food definitely will.

Ruined my Christmas eve. The food was okay but the service was the worst I've seen. My friends and I were denied our choice of seat as they were only "reserved" for foreigners, the waiter had to be called multiple times to even serve us water and we were straight up denied an extra cup of mayo to go with our fries.

We had a butter garlic grilled fish. It was tasty. Also had a chocolate brownie from the bakery which was yum. Would go again.

Lactation: 5* the place is exactly on the cliff and easily discoverable to anyone. You can take a walk from helipad and reach here within 10 mnts.

Ambiance 5*: well built with the Woden floring on top.the interior is pretty awesome and you will feel the peace with the quality of calm music playing in background

Food 4*: overall all food options are available here starting from Italian to thai food. If i have to compared between other hotels at cliff i would say it is little costly but the view and the calm music balnce out everything. Food is very good and really yummy.

Hygiene: 5* the place is well maintained and neatly cleaned.

Staff: staff is very friendly and helps you in all aspects of the place. The guy helped us to get an auto while returning.

Cheaters. Guyz plz double check the bill that u get. Dey used to give handwritten bill in which they ill write illegible. When i got bill icrossed checked and this Cheaters have taken money for double quantity for the item that i have ordered a single quantity, first we didn't came to know about the cheating so we paid first, den later when we came to know and asked them they are not ready to return back the money. Food was good

Thankful for the delicious food that we got, but seriously, this one has the worst customer support ever, no hospitality and disciple. They're so slower than a snail, we waited for more than 15 minutes for just a cup of water. NB: *not recommended* Try some other good restaurants near.

Pathetic Service. Rude and unhospitable staff. Found a piece of metal in the food and when complained, they said it's no big deal. Also, a spider lurking around right above the table's light. Don't come to this place if you wish to live.

I ordered a Salami Pizza and this is what they call "salami". Weird looking meats. Must be super cheap processed meat. I don't want to know what it's made of. Don't go there for pizza. I would even call it a pizza.

The food here is brilliant! The dragon chicken, chilly pork, egg noodles, Thai red curry, Mugjlai chicken, chicken cheese steak, everything! (Except yoghurt, don't order that!) Offering a great sea view, it's also relatively cheaper as compared to other cafes. And the food is absolutely delicious. So go ahead, try it out!

A very good place with good view and good food. In case you are looking for a place to chill and dine, this is the place to be.

This is an average place with a nice view of the sunset, but then again most places on the Varkala cliff have that. I'd skip this and directly head to the Darjeeling cafe which is ahead towards the helipad. The views, the staff and the food is much better there.

Best grilled Mahi Mahi I've had anywhere ️. Cooked just enough, soft and tender.

It has one of the most beautiful ambient. Less croqd and awesome food. Better for drinks and conversations. Go for terrace sitting area, you will get a nice view of ocean over the cliff. The german bakery has good collections.

All the places around are very seasonal. I remember being here a few years back when all the places served amazing food and this time around when it's not much of a season, it really disappointed.
This here is a good place to sit and stare into the sea, just like every other restaurant on this lane. But this did seem to be cleaner and more beautiful than others around here.

Tried the mango yogurt smoothie.very bad.bt chicken shreddes was gd.food was very late and staffs were looking u in rude manner.the only thing we got attracted was the ambiance

Two words: Tandoori chicken. Oh my god I can still tast it now. Sooooo good. I saw them doing fish and paneer too, im sure that's just as good. But the chicken was Devine. Tender and tasty. The only thing these guys could improve on is the plate presentation.
