Worst staff ever
A person called me as i was late to check in i was supposed to check in evening he said if don't check in before or till 10 it will be cancelled automatically and even misbehaved when i asked him to submit the Id proof when i check-in
Plus the cancellation policies are worst i booked the room on 4th may from 6th to 8th. The cancellation policies say if you cancel the booking before 7 days only then you will get the refund now how i am supposed to cancel it before 7days if i book it on 4th from 6th to 8th.

The hotel is very clean. Good service. Food served is in very neat and clean manner. Good place to stay in.

Hotels is good and the staffs were friendly. It is far away from munnar town and it is located at a steep, only experienced drivers can reach there. Also the road is narrow where only cars can pass in one direction.

Rooms are good lacks food taste it is very worst if we want any food from out side the way to hotel is not so convenient

This hotel is not contactable and you dont know whether they will take the booking done through OYO. I called the customer service of OYO and even they were also not able to contact this property. THIS IS A SCAM RUN BY OYO THAT EVEN AFTER MAKING THE FULL PAYMENT THROUGH THEIR APP, THE BOOKING WAS NOT CONFIRMED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER PROMPTLY OFFERS YOU TO PUT IN ANOTHER PROPERTY (WHICH IS DEFINITELY MUCH WORSE). OYO RUINED MY VACATION, SO BEWARE OF OYO. THEY SHOW SOMETHING ELSE AND WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING ELSE.

Good place to stay, Try to get 3rd floor 1st and 2nd both are big rooms.
Good service and facility. But don't order food if you are North Indian. Food cook in Kerela style.

It's awesome experience to stay in this hotel as it offers valley view. And staff are courteous.
But it is adventurous to drive your car to this hotel from main road. I nearly missed accident when coming out of the hotel.
By god's grace my journey to Munnar was completed successfully.

Very comfortable and safe stay in Munnar.
If you are self driving, the way to hotel and parking is quite narrowed downwards and should be careful.
Helpful staffs and in house restaurant was above average and no complaints could be made. Includes free breakfast.

Great place. Same as shown in OYO Rooms. No more No less. Great view through balcony in 3rd floor.
