A cozy place to stay, with the only limitation of not having lifts to the floors.if you are travelling light it's an ideal place.

Poor experience, I don't even know where to start from. - Poor room service
- Drainage block in the bathroom (closet and washbasin)
- The room was not cleaned properly: especially the blankets and curtains. Not recommended for people with dust allergies
- Toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.were not provided
- No proper lighting on the dressing table
The only thing I liked here was breakfast.

The place is quiet. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very courteous, helpful. Good value for money.

I stayed in a Solo Room. The price difference with a normal size room was just under 20%. But the room was too small and felt congested. Even the wash area was too small with no room to do your business without bumping into the door or the wall.

Otherwise, the staff service was excellent. The breakfast spread though modest, was tasty.

For the small solo room, I felt the price differential with the double room could have been at least over 30%.

The only good thing is the location
And the charcoal restaurent which the hotel owns has good food

Following was my experience
. Cockroach in the room
. Room was tiny
. There is a technician who always hangs out around the room. The things he openly talk out in his phone loudly is disturbing and is not that understanding when there was an issue with the AC
. I believe every restaurants morning buffet starts at 7 or 730 here it's at 8 and that too for very less items and was not tasty at all.
. Be it the cleaning staff or the others thers a certain air of unprofessional behaviour; they don't know if the guest is in the room or not, overall am uneasy feeling while staying,

Don't think i will book again

We cant lock the door from inside of the bathroom. AC is complaint. Very loud noise came from it. While talking with the technician, he said that we shouldn't adjust AC's coolness. It should be 19 and the mode should be fan only mode. Also there is no fan inside the room. Kettle was also not working. Breakfast was also not provided even if ours was CP plan. Its better to stay some lodges instead of this hotels.

Front desk staff behavior is good
Breakfast also good.
But there is no lift that's big negative and there is no fan also and there is no common rest room for drivers.

The reception guy who does a night shift is just way below ethics. You ask for a bath soap bar and he denies it at the spot with a lame excuse as the purchase manager not at site.

The breakfast buffet is also not upto the mark.

You see a gloomy faced or rather rude coordinator.

Overall a negative experience.

Doesn't have lift in tropical climate it's irritating and absurd of staff to laugh when asked about it

3.no room cleaning.they maintain cleaning service after 11am.
4.final point don't book online.online price are higher.

Even though customer service was friendly, they weren't able to keep thier word. Got fully booked rooms after reaching the destination. Felt disappointed.

Sorry for not rating the rooms, because I went only to the restaurant. It is a good restaurant is really clean and the staff was really friendly and very well behaved. Food quantity and quantity was also good.

Staff is polite, but there is No hot water to bath. Breakfast is very poor quality. Left is not available.

No toothpaste, No toothbrush, No wifi provided, No lift, No soap, No ceiling fan, No proper extra bed and it's a 3STAR HOTEL.
With this humidity here we were sweating in the hot rooms.
Door locks doesn't open.it took 30mins for the staff to open the door.
Pathetic experience.

It was a nice stay. Cleanroom and good service. I recommend it to everyone who has wished to stay near Trivandrum medical college. Staffs are nice and welcoming.

Very unprofessional staff. I booked through the hotels.com and found the hotel not up to the quality shown in their website pictures. The condition of the rooms are poor (rusty door handles) and the free breakfast is also so so. I also discovered that their price for rooms was much cheaper that the price I paid through hotels.com. I had complained about service to hotels.com but the hotel staff didnot co-operate and never answered to their calls regarding the complaint. I will never recommend this hotel unless you are planning a visit without family and have budget constraints. There are much better hotels in nearby areas that offer much better facilities.

The facilities here are okay, I would not say good or great. Firstly, there is no lift in the building. I stayed in the third floor and it was not an easy job to carry all my luggage through the stairs after a long drive. The rooms were clean and the the ambience was ok. However, there was no hot water.

Room was clean, staff polite and helpful. However TV had only a couple of channels. Also there was no hot water and the shower didn't work. Room service was good.

Food was good. Room service and staff was good. Found a tear in the blanket. Changed when asked.

Rooms are good. In house restaurant and service to rooms. I suggest better maintenance of bathroom doors. Breakfast is not up to any mark, suggest to consider without breakfast. Breakfast serving time is 8 which is too late.

It's a bang for the buck.
I stayed at the deluxe room for 3 nights.
It's a fusion of a economic hotel with services and room standards of a classy hotel.

Pros:
1. Big spacious and well lit rooms
2. Room service is good, the food is served from their adjoining restaurant.
3. Simple yet very tasty and satisfying breakfast buffet
4. Very aggressively priced room (extremely economic)
5. Work desks - if you are someone who is travelling for work and use laptop often, this is important.
(Obviously all hotels have tables and chairs, but not a work desk that's suitable for using your laptop)

Cons:
1. There is no fan in the rooms, it's just AC
2. No lift (not necessarily a con especially if you would like to avoid taking lift during covid time)
- as long as your room is on the 1st floor, you're all set.

PS: this is strictly recommend for quick business trip stays.
Sort of like an Oyo townhouse with an upgrade to interiors and quality of services.

Well maintained property with neat rooms with all the kind of necessary amenities. Recommended for couple, family and friends.staffs are very polite and friendly. Even has got a well spacious parking. It's located in the heart of city.all the major landmark in town are accessible from this property. During peak hours road to this property may be a bit busy.

Its not a 3 star hotel for sure. Had couple of issues like no hot water in tap, no bucket and cup.

But room boy was good.liked his attitude even he is from other state and don't know the language i was talking.

Liked most was taste of the food they serve. Vareity was very less but what ever they served was very good.

Said that we have free cancellation before 11 am of check in date.as we have booked for an hospital emergency there was uncertainity.but they give us sure that they will refund for earlier cancellation.but they hadn't.cheaters.dont book if you incase failed to go there they wont give you any cash back.not even connecting my call. Nice place but many things to be improved, such as- no lift, poor room service, cleanliness was not up to the mark esp floor was not clean at all, old fasioned toilet with problems in flash and so on.

Clean and cozy place with good wifi and good housekeeping. Rooms are reasonably sized and the staff are flexible enough to accommodate most requests. Due COVID does not have a restaurant but accommodates room service on limited meals. The breakfast spread is measly and should be adjusted a bit.

Great room, limited TV channels but an exceptional place to stay only drawback I felt is no elevator at this place.

I just stayed here for 3 days and their service was so good and food items are too good to eat. We can stay here with our family at an affordable cost

The rooms were looking neat and clean. First impression was very nice. Then we noticed there was no bucket and mug in bathroom. We told it to reception boy, he said there is shortage and he "will try" to get it!
Then i called costumer care of treebo and complained. Within a few minutes, we got bucket and mug.
We booked 4 rooms. In one room, bedsheets were not changed it seems as we noticed hair of somebody in the sheet. It was changed immediately when we brought it to their notice.
Then about the two days stay, it was nice otherwise the bad experiences mentioned above.

Flush in our washroom was not properly working which i adjusted by pouring water in bucket!

The staff found cooperative and helpful actually but there was some missing in between which was creating all issues.

I guessed it may be due to staff shortage which arose due to COVID crisis. Just my guess.

Breakfast was average. Dosa, sambar, chutney, bread, butter, jam, plantain, juice, tea (machine made). Both days it was the same, but it was satisfactory.

Resataurant we didn't try for lunch and dinner.

Altogether, the stay was ok.

This is about the restaurant. We visited this restaurant atleast 6 times in last two years. We did not had a bad experience even once. Food and jucies are too good. No complaints. Coffee is not always good. It's mostly based on your luck: D

Not as good as my last treebo experience. No ventilation in toilets. No washbasin inside toilets. No buckets inside toilets. No proper ventilation inside rooms. Breakfast is just average. Rooms were clean. Good staff. Bathroom can be cleaned better. Hot water is not always available.

It's in a peak spot. Beside main road. Easy access to bus stand. Trivandrum Medical college is close by.

We had a great stay at treebo adrak. The rooms were clean and comfortable (Deluxe). Ordered fried rice, chilly chicken and tandoori chicken for dinner. Everything was great. Had complimentary breakfast the next morning. But the staff's (receptionist) behaviour was not upto the mark. If they're a bit more polite and welcoming.well, we'll recommend it to others. Overall, good stay, worth the money

Everything is good from house keeping to food to hospitality but only thing which I noticed is that u have kept only Tamil channels in cable no Hindi r English channel

Clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, friendly helpful staff, in particular Santosh who spoke great English and went above and beyond to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Without doubt one of the best hotels i stayed during my kerala visit.we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager.the restaurant is very flexible. The staffs was extremely friendly.
Note, this is not a 4/5 star hotel or so.but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.all respect for the manager who does a great job, true sample for excellent.

Great place to stay. The staffs are very supportive and well behaved. Their restaurant is very good. All the dishes are lip smacking. They also serve customised foods. They should add some more dishes to the breakfast menu. Otherwise everything is good in this hotel.

No lift. Have to walk to third floor assuming that they'll handle the luggage properly. Strictly avoid if accompanying patients or elderly.
Expensive room service. Very average food.

Three star looking room with a 1 star bathroom and broken handle! A two star hotel at most.

Stayed few nights here. The hotel look fabulous from outside, but room stay was not that great. Had to call lobby multiple times for AC, washroom issues. No elevators and have bare minimum choices for morning breakfast. Close proximity to medical college is a plus here.

Crammy first floor stairs. Trichy to climb up the uneven starway steps. Decent rooms, though. Well-trained front-office, house-keeping and room-service staff.

Everything is excellent. Hotel maintained very beautifully, service is excellent, breakfast is so testy like meals made in our own home, Hygiene is also maintained everywhere. Dining hall for breakfast and hotel are also maintained hygiene up to its best. Staffs are also very decent and helpful. And last but not the least. It is difficult to find any other hotel in such low cost. It's realy value for money.

Hotel has no lift. So if you have elderly who can't take stairs then you shouldn't choose this hotel. Rest is fine. Has great restaurant, a bit costly but food is great. Hope they don't change the cook. Lol.

One of the best places to stay near TVM medical college. Nice location. Neat, clean, good rooms, nice facility, good food. Warm hospitality, cheerful staff. Still only 3 star because they don't have an elevator.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. It was awesome. The receptionist helped us a lot. She helped us. The location was good. It was a good room in less price.the only thing which was not good was that the servants were a bit rude and the room service was slow. Overall nice hotel

Nice staff, Large room with AC. One suggestion there fan should be install in room because its very humid.

My family was deeply depressed at the facilities of this hotel. Even though we have booked the room earlier through treebo website, they made us wait for 20  minutes. There was no lift facility in the hotel. We were given a room on 3rd floor-Room. 305 and had to climb all those stairs carrying my 1.5 year old baby and my personal bagpack. When we reached our room it was really hot and the a/c was not working properly. It was very tiresome for us  after our long journey, waiting at the reception, n those flights of stairs. Seeing this condition we decided to cancel this stay, but they were not willing to pay us anything back. When we told about posting bad reviews, the lady at the reception gave us a care-for-nothing attitude, which was all the more irritating. She was very rude at that time. But on our second day she started behaving properly.  

The bathroom door's lock was rusted n faulty and we couldn't lock it through out our stay. There were no bucket or cup in there. The tv remote was also not working properly. Drinking water provided was only sufficient for one person, and it was not provided on our second day.

The a/c made a disturbing noise all the time and by night (at 3: 30) there were water dripping from it straight to our head. So we tried lying in other direction but noise became louder n we had to turn it off. Our baby too woke up  started crying. It was highly hot as there was no fan in the room. We were very much frustrated by then.

The food in the hotel is very costly compared to outside rates;and not that worthy too.

The only positive we saw there was cleanliness.

This a value for money hotel. Less than 2k for couple room with breakfast. Located on convenient location with ample parking facility. Well maintained room and toilets.

Cons - Room fragrance was not pleasant. The breakfast was optimal, good to have a few more option.
