Treebo Trend Golden Terminal Kochi Airport

We had booked the Standard double room as a family for 2 nights, looking for a decently priced, conveniently located hotel but surely won’t be returning.

The following were my experiences
- We required an extra bed and paid 500 Rs for it, to our surprise a mattress without a base was provided along with sheets
- No soap bar or toothpaste were provided and even after inquiring was met with the response, that they simply don’t provide it.
- A single towel was provided, and required calling the reception for provision of the additional towel.
- The water bottles kept in the room were not replenished the second day.
- Iron box requested came without a base, and we received a call for it to be returned the second day at 6: 00am in the morning.
- Floor drain in the toilet was not working properly, the shower area didn’t have a curtain to separate it from the WC.
- The ‘complimentary’ breakfast defined bare minimum. Had a really old toaster that could toast two bread slices at a time, and had a long waiting line as guests turned to the toaster as it was the only alternative
- Despite requesting the reception for a late checkout of just 2 hours (due to our flight timing), they charged us 200 Rs each room, not taking into account our really late check in on the first day.
- While checking out, the receptionist tried to impose various charges for the complimentary water bottle, payment for extra bed (which was already paid), late check out fee (which wasn’t notified previously) all without a receipt.

Worst hotel ever u can visit! I stayed for 3 days, there was no room service for single day.no restaurants nearby.only good thing was about the host person (Beardo) he was kind and helpful at everything.and one more host / receptionist- some lady
