Suprisingly clean for a budget Indian Hotel. However odd leak near the toilet so a pool of water aways there. WiFi was poor quality.

A Good accommodation for Bachelors. Rooms are Small. But fairly maintained. Towels etc not clean

Best affordable place to stay under 2,000/- near Marine Drive, Kochi. We got a cheap deal by directly calling the hotel compared to other websites.

Pros:
1. Clean rooms
2. Had all the required amenities for a budget hotel
3. Good breakfast
4. Well surrounded by good veg and nom veg restaurants

Cons:
1. They turned off the AC in the morning
2. Mattress and pillows can be improved

Clean budget-friendly rooms near Kochi marine drive. Don't expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and cosy and sometimes that's all you need. Wifi was decent for remote working. Marine drive is at walkable distance from here. There is no in-house restaurant here. But you can order from zomato/swiggy.

The place is a very short drive to marine drive and other areas, the service was good and the good things ends there.

The room reeks of Dettol, I know it's been sanitized but please use air fresheners next time so that the customers won't feel like they're sleeping in a public toilet.

The parking is tight, front parking holds about 2-3 cars and the basement can hold about 3 cars, and you probably have to leave your car keys at reception and good luck about that.

The bathroom is spacious and apparently clean, but there's a large door to god knows where on the ceiling that's left open. It has a few duct taps over it to protect our privacy.

Ah and the noise, there's always a strange noise due to some machinery every 10-15 minutes, you should get that checked.

I didn't stay for long and vacated early the next morning, we didn't have to keep an alarm, you'll not be sleeping anyway!

You clearly have a long way to go before calling yourself a business luxury hotel!

Nice, clean, basic room. No hot shower but water wasn't cold, hot water in bucket. Polite and helpful staff. Good location, quiet. Budget price when I was there.

This hotel is located in a narrow street where it's of High risk to get down as many vehicles are running continuously in between!

Rooms are neat and clean however there is no soap or shampoo provided which is a much needed one for a business class stay.

Curtains to close the bathing area were not found!

Their customer service is very pathetic they will not show empathy towards the customers! They'll react as if two horns were grown in their head!

Maybe if the above mentioned points were corrected we can give 5* but unfortunately right now i can give only 3* because of the bad customer experience we had in this hotel.

My sincere advice for the management is to please understand the customer's situation and react!

Perfect spot at the centre of Kochi. Neat and Clean Rooms. They do have a tasty complimentary breakfast. Worthy place at a reasonable rate.

My husband and I stayed at his hotel for 3 nights whilst travelling around Kerala for leisure. The hotel is standard size and looks quite posh from the outside. The reception has a modern appeal and well designed as well. Unfortunately, the same ambiance did not consistently reflect in our room. The first thing we noticed was the lock of our door, it did not seem secure enough, it was the type where you click on the knob from the inside to lock it. When we first walked into our room, it looked nicely designed and organised. There were useful amneties which I appreciate a lot such as kettle and cups with tea bags, coffee, milk powder and sugar. The room also had a bottle of mineral water (they gave us more complimentary bottles), tissues, toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel, towels and a small pack of dental kit. However, once we started settling in, we noticed how certain areas of the room had not been maintained well enough or needed refurbishing, particularly the bathroom albeit it was functional. The mirror looked quite old, we could not see our reflections clearly and the basin had old limescales. This made us doubt the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.

Our booking came with a breakfast, there is a communal dinning area where you eat with other guests. Food was a combination of Kerala and Continental style but the options were quite limited, and some dishes were not so warm. But we enjoyed the breakfast and it was good enough for us!

Overall, our stay was comfortable since our basic needs were met, everything in the room was functional, the staff were friendly, the breakfast fed us well and the price for the room was very decent. Would we return again? Yes, if travelling on a budget. No, if I want to have a lovely hotel experience and reassurance that the place is immaculate!

I have stayed in Treebo hotels many times. But this was my worst experience. Old and worn out bedsheet was provided which kept poking my skin. Evrything in the room and bathroom was not maintained properly. Had stains every where. It's time to replace the bedsheet, the taps in bathroom. It was discgusting touch any of these things. I wonder how it got 4 stars.

Breakfast area and breakfast were the only neat thing I have found in this hotel.

Cleanliness, food and staff behaviour was very good. Only the arrangements of wash basin and toilet basin were not done properly.

Everything was good except the bedsheet they used. I think they have been using this bedsheet for the past many years.
Simply washing a very old bedsheet won't work out. The pills on the bedsheet (ball like threads) were popping out, and they were scratching all over the body, which was very irritating. I was not able to sleep that night.

Best hotel in kochi with affordable price.

I had a wonderful experience at Qasr. Great location, well maintained, easy to get in and out of the city. High quality rooms. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The price was amazing.

Very good atmosphere and hygienic premises. Very good hospitality from the staff, especially the front office staff. The three boys were extremely cooperative and friendly. The rooms were well maintained by the house keeping staff. Overall a very heart whelming experience. Worth the money.

I liked the staff and the location and the feeling of the place. I loved the bed and the quite and the feeling of safety inside this hotel. I liked the room in general. It is safe for families, and I highly recommend them, especially because the included breakfast is just amazing. It is an open buffet with south Indian dishes and also cosmopolitan cuisine.

Best thing about this hotel is its location and the rooms. Rooms are well maintained. Easy access to metro, ferry boat ride, Shenoy's cinemas and Broadway market. Breakfast is not good.

Stay at Qasr hotel is really wonderful. The ambience interiors, high tech systems. Everything awesome. I shall recommend all my friends to share this experience. Really nice.

Very bad, very smelly, very unhygienic. Staff is courteous but don't follow instructions. Asked the attendant to put phenyl in washroom as was smelling like a public bathroom. He didn't just sprayed some liquid which was useless. Asked receptionist to call cab for early morning airport drop. Had to remind twice to get it done. Had asked them to remind the driver in the morning, they didn't. The hotel serves breakfast from somewhere else. Didn't take so don't know. Even entrance smelled like urinal. Stay away.

The room was good but no toiletries were there. Similarly there was no hot water available through shower. It was available only through tap and bucket. But otherwise the service was good.

I recently stayed on this property. Best in budget & area. Rooms & interior are really good. Location is also good that you can roam on marine drive near by. They provided decent buffet breakfast. But they don't have restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Room is good but very poor service. Somedays hot water is not available, no any alternate option also.wifi is there but not connecting, TV is there but only local channels.
Management is not taking anything seriously.
I did early morning checkin 5: 30 the shutter was closed and everyone was sleeping.

Neat and clean place to stay with family and friends. Couple friendly zone. Parking space is very less. Maximum only 4 cars can be parked at a time. The hotel is near by marine drive & Ferry to fortkochi. If you guys are coming for sightseeing this place will be a good choice to stay.

Had a chance to book a room in this hote when I visited Kochi for a business meet. At this cheap a price, I struck a gold mine! The staff was good, Hotel was clean, service was prompt and the interiors were pleasing to the eyes. Good restaurants, market for saree shopping are close to the hotel. The Ferry wharf is a mere walking distance from the hotel. Very peaceful area at night. Recommended stay!

Only Con: Breakfast starts at 08: 30 am which I had to miss because my flight was early and Inhad to leave by 07: 00 am and hotel refused to send me the breakfast early. Flexibility would be appreciated!

A very good value for money hotel located in Kochi. The room is well kept and the ambience is pleasant. It has been a delight to see how attentive the staff has been to our needs. Thanks to Adarsh for responding quickly to my need for train ticket. They arranged my breakfast early to suite to my schedule. I enjoyed my time there.

Each and every staff were super accommodating and ready to help us in whatever we needed.
This hotel was located in a quite and peaceful area.
Being located on Market road made it easy for shopping.
Lots of restaurants nearby the hotel.
Auto stand in colombo junction nearby, made getting transport easy for daily use.
Metro is almost 500m away.
Hypermarket at 400m.

The stay was good.really loved it.the stay is gental and helpfull.only drawback is the breakfast where the menu is repetitive.

A well maintained hotel fit for one or two days stay. Situated in a very congested locality, has very limited parking spaces. Breakfast was good. I won't say it's outstanding, but a reasonable location with respect to the cost.

Price wise it's Good, room arrangement is nice, before ita was very clean and tidy. But now a days the service is not comfortable, bathroom cleanliness is very poor. Check in check out & front office staffs are good.

Decent and cozy room with ample facilities. Stayed there for 3 nights. Quick service and clean rooms. Yedu at the reception was very helpful. Also was the lady during the morning shift. Couldn’t ask her name though. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Very clean place with basic amenities in the room. Totally worth the tariff. They don't have a pantry, so no room service. Breakfast is outsourced and is good and doesn't have many options. They do have parking space for your four wheeler.

Modern, clean, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. Can walk to beach and shopping. Close to bus station.

The hotel is near the ferryboat to Kochi and that’ s good. But rooms are not so clean. My mother and I travelled together and We didn’t expect to find a royal palace at that price, but for sure you can find something more clean at the same price. Poor Breakfast in a awful room. Staff okay.

Very pathetic car parking handling facility and unpleasant way of handling guests. I had to cancel my sight seeing mid-way and come all the way back to hotel to re-park my car, I was forced by the hotel GM in position. Highly irresponsible and negligent way to guide guest to stay and keep their car in parking, where the hotel claims - Car parking facility is available. One towel for 2 members, A/c was not working properly in the night. Bathroom was not clean, toiletries were kept right above the closet without basic hygiene. The tissue paper box kept in front of the mirror had long hair in it, no cleanliness and hygiene. Stayed a day at The Qasr, had a bad holiday/vacation. Very worst in my opinion, I was hurt.sorry to be open, but its the fact.

I stayed in this hotel for 14nights. Excellent customer service. Staffs are very polite n helpfull. Superb location.nearby restaurants, railway station etc. South Indian breakfast is good. Very neat n clean. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Worth the money u pay.but complimentary breakfast is a little on the downside in terms of quality. Secondly, the staff who cleans the rooms also facilitates the early morning breakfast. That's something the management shud look into to change.

It was a disturbing experience to stay there
I have a disturbing experience there, I was staying there through a corporate reservation booked by my company for 3 days. One of my friends had stayed along for one night, they wanted to him to pay extra 500 per night when Negioted it became 300. I checked out and forgot to pay the bill of this, they never asked either and I was in a hurry to catch my train.

Coming to the worst part, I had used an ironbox from the hotel (which they claim it's not theirs) and morning I'm getting a call saying that the Iron box is damaged and I need to pay the penalty for it. I was shocked and surprised as I didn't make any damage. When spoke they wanted the 300for pax and they will repair iron box with that apparently and they won't give a bill when asked about the damage there is no clear answer, I also asked him about whether its working and he says I don't know. How can you call that damage? If you don't know whether it's working.

Things were very hasty and the Hotel is not a professional one perse. Now they are threatening to blacklist me from corporate reservations.

Best hotel for a budget traveller. Rooms are small yet well furnished and gives you a premium feel.spacious bathrooms. They don't have an inhouse restaurant but they offer breakfast buffet for guests between 8 and 10 am.
