**Not value for money and not recommended**

Pros: Only thing is it is nearby to bus stand, railway station and Vadakkunathan temple.

Cons:
1. Went there to work for a day but even though wifi was there, it wasn't reachable even to the 1st floor, which ended up using mobile hotspot.

2. Stains of blood and liquids all over the bedsheets.

3. No proper towels were provided, only one towel was available in the washroom and that too seemed like an used one.

4. Condition of AC was pathetic, it was very old and used to make noise when the room was quiet.

5. Even though we checked in 4 hours late, not even a slight concession was provided when checked out lately. We requested 7 hours extra post checkout time, and the money minded receptionist charged 150₹ extra per hour, i.e 1,050₹ for 7 hours without any bill, I am a frequent traveler and this was the first time I came across such situation.

A good place for family. Staff are polite. Will surely stay here only on our next visit to Thrissur.

I Booked a accommodation here and mentioned checkin at 00: 00 to 01: 00, when I reached the reception I was told the check in is at 12pm. Did not assist with alternatives.

AC കുഴപ്പമില്ല, എന്നിരുന്നാലും ksrtc bus stand, railway സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് അടുത്ത് ആയതിനാൽ യാത്ര എളുപ്പമാകും. രാവിലെ ഉള്ള ബ്രേക്ഫാസ്റ് നല്ല ഓപ്ഷൻ ആണ്. വിചാരിച്ചതിലും മികച്ച അനുഭവം ആണ് കിട്ടിയത്, ബഡ്ജറ്റ് വെച്ച് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ നല്ലൊരു അനുഭവം ആയിരിക്കും ട്രീബോ

Pros:
1. Location is center of the city.
2. Easily accessible Restaurants, Govt bus station, Train Station.
3. Decent room.
4. Good Breakfast with limited verities. (idly, vada, toast)

Cons:
1. Room facilities not worth for money.
2. No proper bathroom kits.
3. No hot water kiddle.
4. No proper information about morning break fast timings and WIFI password.

It's near by bustand and walkable from railway station. Morning breakfast includes bread butter jam, tea, cornflakes and typical South Indian meal (which is not so bad). But in price and flexible times you might feel this lodge to be rigid and might irritate you.

It is economical option and a location makes this place special because it so hardly 500 m from railway stations and Bus stand. The provide free internet or Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast but property is very old.

Excellent location. Near to vadakkunathan temple and bus stand.had some inconvenience initially. But thanks to MR.regish krishnan and MR. Sanoj santosh lal. They were quick to help. Excellent

would have rated 4stars but for the excellent service by Mr regish and Mr sanon, rated 5 star.

+ Located within few metres from Thrissur Railway station and KSRTC but stand
+ There is parking space available for the place but it is not sufficient and its kind of having dangerous slope where inexperienced drivers can slip and crash
+ I went there for a function and the hall is ok but I am not sure about the price so I cannot rate it properly

Realy bad experience. Not worth for money. Room was realy dirty. They are not keeping basis toiletries at the wash room. Not recommendable.

It's a decent place to stay. Clean rooms, an ok wifi connection. May be it's an old building thus my rating of such.

Please don't take room for family, it is like a local hotel room, for any thing we want to call for lot of time, very pathetic service, If any body want room go for local places, that is far better than this. Here the complementary breakfast is very bad,

Descent hotel. Staff behaviour is good. Its worth for money. Room i got was near and clean. Missing things are basic dental kits, soaps. They provide only refilled shower gels. For bus or train travellers, perfect choice near to railway station and ksrtc bus station.its a value of money experience with tasty complimentary breakfast.

There is no hot water through shower, when asked said no hot water will be available in shower, hot water available only via tap and use bucket, even that water was not hot as the place is hot due to the sunlight the water is hot that was flowing in hot water tap
Coming to the shower gel, when pumped out little amount of shower gel shampoo a stinky smell which could not be tolerated. Regarding breakfast there was all empty bowls as the timing is from 7: 30 to 10: 30 I went at 9 all were empty no one was available to ask about it when I found a boy and asked he said sir its the things what are available for today just had four slice of bread with jam. Informed about all these things at reception and house keeping and kitchen to get it resolved but all went for a toss.
Even after informing there was no any change in these even after giving to key to change when I was out for duty, for the secont day there was no change the shower gel and hot water.
Should never take this hotel is what I suggest.

Positive things are near to Ksrtc and railway station, near to a beer wine parlour, and tasty buffet breakfast. Small room (queen size bed) and old bathroom fittings, ac was not functioning properly, room was not neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's average for a family stay.

Only problem is hot water. No heater in the room to use, you will be waiting for the room boy to bring in bucket to bath. Never experienced before in any other hotels.

Stayed here. Quite cramped. Old building. Rooms are near but run down. The Hotel needs to be renovated urgently. Parking is dingy and not easily accessible. Staff are courteous. Very conveniently situated. Better, more modern rooms at reasonable prices are available. Hot water problem. Lots of small inconveniences. Okay for a night.

VERY BAD QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE, WE WERE ABOUT 300 PEOPLE ATTEND A MARRIAGE ON 8TH SEP 2019 IN THIS RESIDENCY, THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HOSPITALIZED DUE TO FOOD POISON, AND THERE WERE BAD APPROACH FROM THE MANAGEMENT,

Got confirm booking through Oyo, but Hotel told us that we have no contract with Oyo!
Just 3 weeks before we stayed there & there was no such issue

Its a bit old building. But the rooms are renovated and the interiors are clean.washroom feels a bit clingy though. The food is good. Staffs are well mannered.parking space is available. Near to almost every public transportation services.

Worst room1984/- for single occupancy and no complementary water, no phones to connecting to room services. Didn’t expect it kind rooms in this price.

Food served is very bad. Even if it is tasty next few days you will have stomach upset. We had a farewell party on 27/06/19 at this place. Most of us have stomach upset

I had stayed twice in this place, and personally I feel the the single bed rooms were better than the double bed rooms. Yet a good hotel to stay for a short duration.:)

Nice and comfortable rooms. Accessibility to railway station and bus station very good. Centre of the city but away from busy road. Many shopping complex nearby. Good food available within in the hotel according to your taste. Good conference hall also available. Disable friendly.

Accommodation becomes a best experience, if you select a good place for it while you travel. The place is near the KSRTC stand and The Thrissur Railway station. This place stands proudly on the right side of road to enter Marar road, in the left side of the KSRTC stand. A parking lot is present underneath the building it's sufficient for their customers, there always will be security to watch out you're vehicle, you don't need to worry aboit it. The Govt District Hospital and The Asiwini Hospital is not far away from this place ie, a good medical is very near if such situation occurs. Tge Dhaya Hospital like super multispeciality hospitals are present in few kilometres away.
