A great place to visit place is decked up with antiques of the past keralite culture.a neat bar

Room was clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. Reasonable price.
Bar staff (Manager or supervisor) was very rude. The guy didn't even talk politely when we asked for a table.

Stopped over for lunch. The ambience is good. Heritage look to the hotel. The Biriyani was just OK (2.5 out of 5)

My First option for a break, Dinner or Lunch. Antique. Kovilakam feel. Good food, ambience and good staff

Worst restaurant service experience I have ever been in my life, unprofessional service guy, specially the person who wear specs in executive bar, rude behaviour towards guest, kind request not visit those expect best service experience

They are clueless of what is available in the kitchen. We were forced to change order multiple times because this. The soup we ordered along with starters came in last. In addition to this the waiter was rude. Overall a bad dining experience.

Great looks, nice place we'll maintained. Good facilities. Stay too great. Really enjoyable. Next to main road. Great parking.

They took a lot of time to serve the food even though the menu was just two or 3 items. Apart from that the service and ambience is excellent. Food taste is not bad either

Worst service. Couldn't serve properly in the Restaurant. 4families left in front of us due to delays in the serving. And we did the same after waiting for 40 mins for food

Good views and the hotel describes the tradition and heritage of the Travancore Kings and if you explore around you would come across antiques that were once used by the royals of the Travancore Kingdom.

I only got to go their for lunch, had ordered meals you get veg and non - veg items. The food is pretty good and the service is excellent too. Ample space for cars to park and the place is not that crowded.

Well I haven't stayed there, so can't comment regarding the rooms but it to seems pretty decent and comfortable.

I have come here multiple times, just because I love the ambience and decor of this place. Very clean. This time around I came for breakfast. Only choices are
1. Poori and Bhaji
2. Aapam and Stew
3. Coffee or Tea

Hence the 3 stars. Also price wise, it is expensive.

It's a very silent place, nice atmosphere, good foods, and good service. The room charges are also low. Every room is AC.

It is one of the bautiful hotels I ever stayed. It is located near Allapuzzha (Allepey). Very peaceful location and also very royal hotel with traditional culture. Those who like th traditional culture will surley enjoy this place. Food qulaity is very good but slightly costlier. However, worth to spend.

The place and ambience is really good. They are maintaining it nicely. One problem is that the waiting time after they took order is too much.

What a good ambience, I stayed there for a day, had lunch from their restaurant, all good.

Worst service ever. It took exactly 1 hour for them to supply normal thali meal. Nearby table kids started crying because they were hungry and food didn't arrive even after more than 40 minutes.
No water to drink.not even an empty glass on the table. Why do they keep it open if they r not interested in serving?
