Today i had the worst experience while visiting reliance trends inside grand mall.
I was refused to enter inside trends and they have insulted my family. As per their instructions, reliance is allowing only one person at a time to enter the showroom due to covide issues.
We came all the way from Angamaly to purchase the dress and we were refused to enter.
How can even one guy or one person can select cloths for a marriage function.
This is not acceptable and they had mistreated a customer.
I will not recommend even visiting their showroom for any purchases.

Trends really had some excellent collections especially for men. Loved a lot of them. Went to buy 1 and we bought 9 pieces instead. Absolute worth the money.

Vast selection, trendy clothes for kids, women and men. That's Reliance Trends. Quality of the products are not that bad. It's better buy if you have gift coupons or when there is huge discounts. Or else, we might have to say, the products are not worth the money spent and not budget-friendly.

It pretty good, affordable store with nice collections but customer handling is really bad. When this is a store under such a big brand name in the heart of Cochin we as customers will expect properly trained staff who knows to handle customers. They should focus more on their staff training.

Good for dress purchases.can buy dresses with quality. Not too costly.mid range.we can order online from the store itself if required size is not available in the shop.

Really cooperative staff their attitude is Good and helpful. Me and my friend had a shopping we were confused and even after the shop is closed the staff stood with us and supported us. Superb Shopping Experience.

The shop has good collection but the price is much higher than MAX fashion. On offer time I had visited here but I don't see a change for the price of branded clothes. Sometimes they only put offers for old stock.
