Had a great purchase from this place, I got 6 items for a bargain offer and has good collections. Neat and tidy place, not that crowded when we were there

Good location, decent selections, worst customer service/staff experience.

Good store with decent selections. Prime location, on your left side, on the way from Chavadimukku to Sreekaryam with ample parking slots. No offers or discounts available. No gift wraps available.

Customer Service/Staff Behaviour (especially kids section) - Very very bad. All are young guys and gals. Staffs really need to improve and understand the basics on how to help or guide customers inside the stores. No one was there to help or guide us even though the store was fully vacant. I am not saying someone should be there with me all the time. Literally they had only us as customers and staffs were there. Kids section staffs were talking in groups, someone checking their phone and they are not at all interested to help customers. We checked aisle after aisle and took what we need. Once all the shopping is completed, one staff came and took our items as if he is going to take us in assisting the billing. I politely declined his assistance and took the dress for billing by myself. Now when I am going through other reviews, I can see similar experiences from different customers. So it’s high time to give some Customer etiquette’s training for the entire staff. I have given my feedback to their Department as well as Store managers. Hoping my feedback helps and make some difference in other customers in the future.

Buy when there are offers. Otherwise it will be expensive. But with offers, you'll get good clothes at less price.

Very bad service. Don’t go there. I purchased for about 20000 from trends chavadimukku and got a tower fan as gift. When I tried to use it, it wasn’t working. I visited 2 times for the solution. They just ranaway from the solution and took my number 2 times and didn’t call me. Aren’t they responsible for the product that they are selling? Should i beg them for solution?

Good collection of ready made clothes and different brands. However, couldn't find much stuff for newborns. Age categorisation under kids clothes was a bit confusing as some of them were tagged for 2-8 years.
Attractive offers were displayed every corners, but during billing they said the offer was applicable only to certain stuff and we haven't picked anything from that category.
Customer service could be better and a bit more friendly. There isn't much rush, so billing and all didn't take much time.
Ample parking space is available. Overall, a decent cloth store easily accessible to Karyavattom - Sreekaryam residents!
