The experience was very bad. I went there on the onam Eve for purchase. The Staff had shown no interest on us to purchase there. The gents section is on upstairs, nobody was there to inform it, after someminutes someone came & say the gents section in on upstairs. When I went there there was only limited collections. I went to trends with a huge expectation but the experience was very bad. The collection may be less due to onam rush & justifyable, but the atitude of staffs is the worst. Not all recommended.

Variety and trending dresses are available there. But there is not enough staff to ask doubts.

They have wide range of quality products but the service from there is very bad. They don't even consider their customers. If a customer is entering the shop they don't even bother to move from their place and don't even ask what the customer wants or provide any information. Even when we went to the billing section there were no person as all were talking together aside even though we asked to bill the product. I think they don't want the customers to buy any products from there.
We tried to purchase a cap of 700 rupees and said they won't bill it alone we have to purchase something worth 500 to buy that cap which they are saying it's an add-on.

Disappointing experience. Today on 29th July 2023 I had visited the shop for Family shopping, to my surprise we received two bills, the manager mentioned that some products were included in the offer and others do not, it’s my first time experience and in addition the staff/cashier was in a hurry to send us out by showing us the front door to leave. I have been to reliance before and I know the service they had showcased in the past that’s what made us to shop there but today we were truly disappointed and will never shop again. I am not writing this to defame but to express my disappointment and concern. Will never recommend this store to any of my friends. Waste of time, money and moreover our satisfaction with the brand is shaken. Kindly stop this trend of just making money from making fool out of people.

Thought reliance trends were the best but just came out with huge disappointment. Worst experience ever for me. They make fun of their customers instead of treating them nicely. I will never recommend trends to anyone anymore

It has good collection but very overpriced. If you have money then you can afford the clothings and items.but also some products are affordable and has offers. In my opinion most of the products are overpriced.

Lazy salestaffs. Good collection of clothes at a reasonable rate. Additional pay required for carrybag

Customer service is too poor. And not providing much informations. Exchange is too difficult and not satisfied. The staff want to provide much information to the customers about the offers and the return and exchange policies. They are making customers so discomfort.

It is not even polite to put the bought dress in a cover

Trends Thodupuzha has become the worst shopping store in the town. Scamming the customers with their free coupon policy and selling the product overpriced.

This branch has the worst Customer support and sales team. Trends management should take strict action against them immediately.

I would strictly recommend all…NOT to visit Thodupuzha store at any cost. You will be scammed by their employees.

Very bad, no exchange, one day purchase.other people exchange period one week, Reliance never give just an hour.manager is not customer friendly.

Trendy collection of latest fashion dresses. Rates are reasonable. Good customer service. Offers are there very often. I found it very good for daily ware dresses.

I've visited trends thodupuzh and tried to get a size change for shirt and it was not available. They gave me differnet coloured shirt and it was a damaged product. I realised at the time of billing and notified to the staff and they said they have only an option for credit not then.
In general. Will not get size change and have seen a damaged product on the rack. The staff commented that it was due to year ending sale.

No responsibility at all very careless in their work and attitude is very annoying. Really dissapointed.

They not even have an option for altering. Choices are less. Better shop from ajio. Staff not much corporative.

Just like any other reliance trends outlet. They have some good collection of clothes and footwear.

Good store. But collection seems to be less in some sections like kids section. Need to update with more collections, otherwise the store is good to shop. There is also a cinima theatre next to it so after shopping you may also enjoy a movie.

Bad experience. The billing guy made me wait, telling he was checking for offers available for the selected item.on requesting them to go ahead with the billing, without the offer - they tell the item is a new product, hence billing is not possible, to come the next day.then another lady comes, telling that the product can be billed today, to wait for some more time.why are you even putting up products for display, when the customer can't purchase it.pathetic service.have been a regular customer for years, this was very disappointing
